Mal’dar and the Jedi were blasted against the wall.

Mal’dar and the chair he was locked to laid on the ground. Mal’dar pulled at his restraints desperately trying to get loose. The restraints clanged as Mal’dar pulled on them, “Come on,” he muttered.

Obi-Wan and Tyvral rose to their feet. Obi-Wan activated his lightsaber, “Get him out of here, I’ll cover you”.

Mal’dar kicked at Obi-Wan and struck the table causing the chair to jerk. He could see the wall now, or what was left of it. A massive hole had been blown in it and through the hole was a beautiful sight. Abam floated in the air with her ramp down, and standing on the ramp was a line of Mandalorians. Sarna held a still smoking rocket launcher, Rimi held a rifle, as did Bo-Katan, several other Mandalorians stood on the ramp as well holding rifles.

A clone ran over to the cell and pressed the button. The ray shield of the cell dropped, Tyvral held out his hand, and the chair rose into the air, still on its side, taking Mal’dar with it, as yellow blast flew into the room.

Tyvral backed out of the cell pulling Mal’dar along as he did.

Mal’dar looked into the hallway, which had clones swarming every which way. He franticly looked at Abam which was getting further away by the second. Mal’dar swung his legs sending the chair spinning. The chair clanged as it’s back struck the doorway.

“Hold your fire!” yelled Rimi.

Tyvral growled in annoyance and began to turn his hand the chair, and Mal’dar, turning with it.

Mal’dar threw out his legs and caught the doorway with his heels. Tyvral pulled and Mal’dar gritted his teeth to keep his meager hold.

Rimi activated her jetpack and rocketed towards the cell. She cut it off right and landed in the cell. She slashed at Obi-Wan with a vibrodagger. Obi-Wan swayed back dodging the slash before stabbing at Rimi. Rimi dropped the ground and spun her leg. Obi-Wan leapt into the air dodging it. Sarna rocketed into Obi-Wan and drove him into the wall of the cell, the sound of snapping audibly to call.

Tyvral jerked with the force again and Mal’dar flew towards him. The chair landed on its feet and Rimi stepped out of the cell and blasted two clones. Tyvral activated his lightsabers and lunged at her. Mal’dar threw out his leg tripping Tyvral. A blast struck Rimi’s chest and she stumbled back. Sarna stepped out of the cell blasting a clone. Tyvral raised his lightsaber to strike at Rimi. Mal’dar leaned forward and fell on top of Tyvral. Rimi blasted another clone and fired a cable at the chair. The cable wrapped around the back of the chair and Rimi activated her jetpack and rocketed through the cell and towards Abam. Mal’dar was thrown back in the chair his helmet clanging on the top of it. Saran activated her jetpack and flew after them. Rimi flew into Abam and the chair clanged as it skidded along the floor of the cargo hold. Sarna landed in Abam and Bo-Katan punched the button to close the door. Sarna activated her com, “MOVE!” she roared.

Abam took off throwing them all back. Mal’dar began to slide along the floor. Abam slowed momentarily and then made the jump into hyperspace.

Bo-Katan grabbed a fusion cutter and walked towards Mal’dar. Sarna set the chair upright and Bo-Katan promptly cut through the restraints.

Mal’dar stood swaying as he did, he held out his arms for several seconds steadying himself. He then quickly shook himself and looked at them, “You came for me”.

“Of course we did,” said Sarna taking off her helmet.

“Don’t thank me it was these two,” said Bo-Katan gesturing towards Rimi and Sarna as she took off her helmet.

Mal’dar smiled at them from under his helmet, a warmness seeping into him.

“Besides,” said Rimi embracing him, Mal’dar immediately returned the favor, “I wasn’t going let the father of my child rot in prison”.

Mal’dar froze, “What?”

“Surprise,” whispered Rimi a note of mischievousness slipping into her voice.

“Why am I just finding out!" said Sarna indigently.
