Tyvral
Tyvral landed the ship and Dev jolted awake. Dev looked around wildly, “Where are we?”
Tyvral turned off the engine, “The planet of Uvena Prime, and the city of Uvrasharda”.
Dev looked at Tyvral, “Are you crazy!” he hissed, “You think your homeworld is a good place to hide!”
“They don’t let anyone on this planet, we’ll be fine,” said Tyvral.
“Then why did they let us on?” asked Dev cautiously.
“Because I speak the language, and they want to know how I learned it,” said Tyvral.“They don’t know that you’re one of them or that we’re Jedi?” asked Dev fidgeting.
“They know we’re Jedi,” said Tyvral gritting his teeth.
Dev stopped fidgeting and looked at Tyvral, “What did they say about that?”
“We’re fugitives to the empire, but they’re not in the empire. We talk to them and then they decided whether or not to turn us in,” said Tyvral.
“So the republic is gone,” sighed Dev.
Tyvral nodded before sighing, “Let’s see if they’ll save us”.
They walked out of the shuttle and dozens of Shistavanen soldiers aimed at them, Tyvral and Dev raised their hands. “Don’t shoot,” said Tyvral in Shistavanen.
The soldiers looked from each other to Tyvral and lowered their blasters slightly.
“Who are you?” growled a Shistavanen in her native tongue. She was ornately dressed than the others and the soldiers eyed her for orders, she was clearly in charge.
“I am Tyvral Curath, Jedi Knight,” growled Tyvral in Shistavanen.
The ornately dressed Shistavanen flinched, “Curath?”
Tyvral nodded lowering his hands as he did.
The Shistavanen barked an order at the soldiers who promptly lowered their blasters. Then she examined Tyvral before speaking in galactic basic, “It has been a long time”.
“I know you?” said Tyvral.
“No,” she said, “But I know you…and your family”.
Tyvral flinched, “Coming here was a mistake,” he said and turned to go back into the shuttle.
“You would rather face The Empire than your family?” she asked.
“My family is the Jedi Order,” growled Tyvral his hackles rising.
“And yet you do not like your friend, you look like your mother,” said the Shistavanen.
“I think we listen to her, we need a place to hide,” said Dev.
Tyvral looked at the Shistavanen, “Can you help us hide from The Empire?”
The Shistavanen looked at him, “Met with your parents and I will bring it to the council”.
Tyvral bit his lip before sighing, “Very well”.
Tyvral knocked on the metal door, shifting his weight from foot to foot. He straightened his robes and ran his fingers through his fur all the while. The door slid open, standing in the doorway was a Shistavanen whom Tyvral had several years and several inches on. “Who are you?” she asked.
Tyvral opened his mouth to answer when a Shistavanen called from inside of the house, “Who’s out there Bala?” A Shistavanen walked out and stood behind the girl, the Shistavanen narrowed his eyes at Tyvral, “Do I know you?”
Tyvral breathed deeply before answering, “I think you might, my name is Tyvral Curath”.
The man began to tremble while the girl smiled up at him, “My brother is named that, he’s a Jedi”.
The man shooed the girl aside and looked at Tyvral, “Please come in, your mother won’t believe this”.
Several hours later Tyvral found that he was still in a chair telling stories, his mother and father were completely fixated on him, much to Tyvral’s embarrassment.
“How long will you be staying?” asked his mother.
Tyvral looked around as if an answer or escape route would present itself, neither did. “I don’t know,” he answered gazing off into space, something wasn’t right, something…hated him. Tyvral shivered, he hadn’t even felt something like during Order 66.
“Are you ok?” asked his mom.
Tyvral looked at her, he really did look like her. “I’m fine,” he said.
