5:Parents

(Y/n's POV)

I was in my new room, on my armchair, reading the rules of being in a mafia

Rules:

-Never betray each other

-Put members before yourself

-Take things serious

-Don't make your own decision without the Boss(Taeyong)or the Under-boss(Jaehyun) approving of it.

-Don't keep secrets

And many more. There were a lot of rules that I have to follow but who cares. I read the entire thing and use the pen Taeyong gave me, to sign the paper.

Then I went outside and retrace my steps to Taeyong's office.

I knocked on the door and Jaehyun opened the door. I was about to go in but Jaehyun stopped me by pulling me outside.

Jaehyun:"You can't go inside his room right now. He is having a meeting with a client."

"You guys have clients?"

Jaehyun:"yes we do, we have a business to disguise our mafia identities. I usually take care of the gang when Taeyong is doing business, that's why there is an under-boss. Now, what do you what?"

I just handed him the clipboard with the contract and pen on it and he just nodded and went back into Taeyong's office.

???:"姐姐, I'm sorry for leaving you guys."

I turned around to see Chenle with his head down.

"It's ok Lele, atleast you are back now."

Chenle:"Where is mum and dad?"

"About that, lets just say that they can't be with us anymore."

Chenle:"And why is that?"

I hugged Chenle and whispered to him.

"Because they are in a better place now."

Chenle:"You are joking right? When did they go?"

"let's talk about it in my room ok?"

Chenle just nodded and we went to my room.

Chenle:"So, what happened?"

"They died in a car accident. Atleast, that's what the police said. their bodies were never found so the police just assumed that they were gone."

Chenle:"When did it happen?"

"2 years after you went missing."

Chenle:"AAAH, I'm so stupid. Why did I leave? Why didn't I say anything to them. Now look what happened. Ma, Pa 对不起(Sorry)."

Then he start crying. I went to him and pulled him into my embrace and let him cry on my shoulder.

"Shhh, Lele it's ok. It's not your fault. Besides, they are in a better place now, watching over us. They might be gone psychically but not mentally."

Chenle:"But, it's my fault. if I never left, maybe they would have still been here."

"Maybe it's just faith. We can't change the past but lets change the future. besides, I don't think Ma and Pa would want to see you cry. You're a big boy now."

Chenle:"But I'll always be the baby of the family."

I let go of the hug and wiped the last tear from his eyes.

Chenle:"姐?~(sis)"

"Hmmm?"

Chenle:"Promise me you won't leave me alone."

He extended his pinky and I interlocked it.

"Promise~"

We watched a movie together on a computer that was in every room of it house and before the movie ended, Chenle was already sleeping on my shoulder.

(They are so cute when they are sleeping)

I continued watching the movie, trying not to move or disturb Chenle since he was sleeping right next to be.

The movie was about to finish when the door opened revealing a guy I didn't know.

Before he could shout I gave him a 'you better not shout' looks and he saw Chenle next to me so he put an 'ok' sign. He came towards me and handed me a file and whispered:

???:"Read through this to find out about the members."

I nodded and he exited.

I flipped open the file and on the first page, was Taeyong, then it was Jaehyun, then a guy named Taeil, the guy that gave me the file Johnny, Yuta, Kun, Doyoung, Ten, Winwin, Jungwoo, Lucas, Mark, Xiaojun, Hendery, then the dreamies and Yangyang.

When I finished reading, I closed the folder and placed it on the night stand and went to sleep.
