"Alright."

That was the one word Jaehyun had told him earlier this week after Taeyong's sudden demand. Taeyong's jaw had almost dropped down to his knees at how easy it was to get the man to comply. Maybe Jaehyun hadn't been as bad as he thought the whole time... maybe he was nice?

Taeyong wasn't mulling over the Jaehyun's complex character now though, he mind was too buzzed for his training session. It was half nervousness and half excitement that shook his body. He hadn't told his father what they were up to either just incase he would've forbid it, which Taeyong was almost sure he would.

Taeyong heard his door open and looked over in surprise. Jaehyun was standing there dressed in an all black, sporting a hoodie and sweatpants, a far reach from his usual formal attire. Taeyong's eyes widened at the change. Jaehyun looked very different. He looked... attractive.

"Are you ready for your training sir?" Jaehyun asked blankly, snapping him out of it.

Taeyong nodded embarrassingly eagerly. He had been anticipating their first session since he had said yes and even went as far as watching youtube videos on fighting. He wrapped bandages around his palm to mimic mma fighters.

"Look at what I can do!" Taeyong almost skipped over to him with excitement. He had put a pause on his usual anger at Jaehyun to show him, he was too excited to remember why he was mad in the first place.

"Watch this," Taeyong grinned. He went into fighter stance and began punching the air harshly.

"Pow, pow, pow, pow, pow, pow, UPPERCUT!" Taeyong punched. Jaehyun didn't know when the corners of his lips began tugging upwards but he held a small smile towards him as he watched Taeyong's bizarre display and tiny punches.

"So, how's my stance?" Taeyong asked proudly, placing his hands on his hips.

"It's okay.." Jaehyun answered him slowly. He didn't want to tell him that it was actually terrible. By the pleased look on Taeyong's face he knew that it would crush him.

Taeyong felt his face warm at the small compliment and rubbed at his cheeks. "Let's go then," He said abruptly. He didn't want his face to turn red in front of the man. He was annoyed at his body for all these involuntary actions, Jaehyun would surely think he was childish if saying 'okay' made him blush.

On their way to the practice room in the basement, Taeyong saw one of his dad's politician friends. The man stopped when he saw Taeyong in the hallway.

"Hello Taeyong," He called out, a wide, teeth baring smile on his lips.

Taeyong stopped and felt a weird shiver go down his spine. The man's smile felt sleazy and Taeyong always got the most uncomfortable feeling when he had to talk to him. Sucking it up, Taeyong forced a smile back and went over to greet the man.

"Mr Park." Taeyong bowed. He met the much older man's eyes when he looked back up and held back a grimace. Whenever the man looked at him, Taeyong felt as if he should cover up. He wanted to shrink away and subconsciously took a step back but felt a body behind him. He had forgotten about Jaehyun for a moment.

"And who is this man accompanying you?" Mr Park asked, expecting a greeting from him too.

Jaehyun was quiet and in his usual bodyguard-like pose but it looked a bit off in his casual attire. Taeyong felt an odd sense of relief at Jaehyun's usually annoying presence.

"And you are?" Mr Park spoke up again. This time his voice was curt and strained. Taeyong could tell that Mr Park was holding back his temper. He had also sensed that his bodyguard wouldn't be answering him anytime soon. Jaehyun kept his face straight ahead not bothering to say a word.
