Catra was fast asleep. All was well until she started shifting and making distressed sounds.
Visions of things like the portal, Shadow Weaver, and Horde Prime were flashing in her head and she was having a nightmare.
The commotion shook Adora awake, who quickly noticed the distressed Magicat next to her.
"Catra" she said quietly, shaking Catra in attempts to wake her up "Catra, you're having a nightmare"
Catra suddenly shot up, hyperventilating and shaking.
"Hey hey hey" Adora said soothingly
Catra looked at her, scared
"It's okay" Adora continued "Deep breaths"
After about a minute, Catra stabilized her breathing
"Sorry for waking you" she said to the blonde
"It's okay" Adora reassured "Do you mind telling me what you were dreaming about?"
Catra tensed and Adora squeezed her hand to help calm her down
Catra took a deep breath before answering
"Shadow Weaver... Horde Prime..." She paused "The portal..."
Adora squeezed her hand again, which calmed Catra down a bit.
"Do you wanna try going back to sleep?" The blonde asked
Catra looked nervous
"You can... I may stay up..."
"It's okay, Catra. If you want, I'll stay close to you in case you do have another nightmare"
Catra smiled and nodded, and the two went back to sleep.
The two woke up the next morning and had breakfast with the rebellion
