I woke up in the morning and remembered where I was. The cell block was quiet. I stepped out and saw Daryl wasn't there.
I walked down the steps and went outside and saw everyone out there.
"Where's Daryl?" I asked as I approached Beth.
"I think Daryl, Oscar and Carl went downstairs. Where the walkers broke in." Beth said in her high pitched voice. I nodded. "And Maggie and Glenn?" I asked again. Beth looked around. "I think they went out to find baby food for Judith." I nodded and headed downstairs, hearing movement. "Guys?" I whisper shouted, just in case there were more walkers.
"Y/n?" I heard Daryl say and saw him turn the corner and look at me. I walked towards him and saw them all there.
"Oscar, take Carl back up." Daryl said and Oscar brought Carl back upstairs without a word.
"What're you guys doing?" I asked as I held my hand on my knife.
"Clearing it out, tryna find Carols body." Daryl said.
"You never found her body?" I asked as Daryl bent down over the dead walker. "Nah." Daryl said as he stood up and continued walking.
I followed him. "I found her knife in a dead one." Daryl said, holding up a knife covered in blood.
We walked around the downstairs but there was no sign of Carol.
"There's no point." Daryl said as he sat down. I sat down beside him.
The door in front of us started moving. "That scared me." I said to the sudden movement of the door.
"Just a walker stuck in there." Daryl whispered.
The banging on the door continued.
"I never thought you died. I just didn't think I would find you." I said, looking up at Daryl.
"I thought you were by yourself. I thought you died." Daryl said looking back at me.
"I'm sorry." I whispered. I knew how hard that must've been. Daryl shook his head. "Worse 7 months of my life." Daryl said with a slight laugh. I smiled and leaned my head against the wall.
"Okay I'm gonna kill this walker." Daryl said as he sat up and opened the door with his knife out. He stopped and stood in the doorway. I stood up and looked in the door. "Oh my god." I whispered. It was Carol. She looked ill. I guess it was because she hadn't eaten or drinken anything in almost a week now. Daryl scooped her up and Carol passed out in his arms. We walked to the others and saw Rick hand Judith off to Carl, but instead he walked over towards the fence.
"Daryl, take Carol inside get her some food and water. I'll be right back." I said. Daryl nodded and I headed over towards Rick. Suddenly, Carl shot his gun and walkers fell down. Rick opened the gate and I stood beside them.
"What's happening?" I asked. They didn't answer. Rick pulled in a girl who was knocked out and I quickly realized who it was.
"Michonne." I whispered as Carl closed the gates behind us.
"You know her?" Rick asked as we both headed towards the prison.
"Yes this is the other girl I was with when I was with Andrea." I answered. Rick nodded. Michonnes leg was bleeding, it looked like she had been shot.
Rick put her in the cell block but handcuffed her to a pole. "Rick-" I said, trying to stop him. "I know you trust her but we don't." Rick whispered. I nodded.
Everyone gathered around. "Who's this?" Daryl asked.
"This is Michonne. The other girl I was with." I said. Everyone looked surprised. "She's been shot." Hershel whispered. Hershel cleaned up her gunshot and we all stood in the room.
"Oh.. guys." Daryl whispered eventually.
"I found Carol. She's alive." Daryl said. Everyone looked in shock again.
"She must've locked herself in a room when the walkers got in but couldn't get out." I said.
"She's okay, I fed her and gave her some water but she's resting right now." Daryl said again.
"Oh thank god." Rick said as he grabbed onto Carl's shoulder. Carl smiled.
We all walked around in the cell block until we saw Carol walk out of her room. Rick ran over and hugged her. Beth smiled at her as she held Judith.
"Lori had the baby?" Carol asked, smiling.
Oh shit. She didn't know. No one answered and Carol got the message. Her eyes filled up with tears and she grabbed Ricks hand. "I'm sorry." She whispered and she put her other hand over her mouth.
Carol looked at me and smiled. "Oh my gosh!" Carol cried out. I hugged her. "When did you get back?" Carol said as we pulled out of our hug. "Yesterday." I smiled.
I turned around and saw Michonnes eyes flicker open. I ran down the steps and sat infront of her.
"Y/n?" Michonne said. I hugged her, but of course she couldn't hug me back. "Sorry. I didn't want to put you in handcuffs." I said almost tearing up.
Everyone gathered behind us. Rick took her handcuffs off. "I'm taking your sword." Rick said as he reached over and took her sword away. "Just in case." Rick said again. Michonne didn't say anything.
"You found me. Where's Andrea?" I asked.
Michonne rubbed her wrists and looked at me. "She didn't want to leave. I left without her." Michonne said. "So she's still at Woodbury?" I asked.
"Woodbury?" Daryl asked. "It's that towns name." I answered quickly.
"Who shot you?" I asked Michonne. "I was right about that place." Michonne said. I turned my head to the side in confusion. "They let you go because Merle didn't want to kill you and you said you were coming back with his brother. He tried to kill me when I left though, but only shot my leg." Michonne explained. I looked up at Daryl.
"Wait, Merles in Woodbury?" Rick said looking at me.
"Yeah, I only told Daryl." I said. "I didn't find my way here alone though." Michonne said again.
"When Merle was looking for me he found two other people and took them back to Woodbury. People from here I think." Michonne said, looking around the prison.
"Maggie and Glenn." Carl said.
"You know how to get in?" Daryl asked.
I tried to remember what Woodbury looked like. "There's not a lot of guards. We could slip in." I said. Michonne nodded. "Then we go get em." Rick said, walking away.
"We're leaving in 2 hours!" Rick called as almost everyone, including Michonne followed him out to the car. Daryl and I stood inside.
"Are you gonna go?" I asked Daryl.
"I need to see Merle." Daryl replied. "I know. It's the governor that gives me bad vibes. Please." I said turning and looking at Daryl. "We both have to go." I said. Daryl shook his head. "You have to stay here. I'll be fine." Daryl said. "No!" I said , almost yelling.
"Y/n, you're stayin!" Daryl said. "I cant lose you again!" Daryl yelled. I didn't say anything.
"I won't lose you again." Daryl said in a quieter voice.
"Daryl, I'm not letting you go alone. Please." I said.
Daryl stared at my lips. "I'll be okay." I whispered as I pushed my lips against his and kissed him. I missed this. He kissed me back and I felt his tongue in my mouth. Daryl placed his hand on my side and I  let out a soft moan in between us kissing.
"Come on." Daryl whispered as he pulled me into my cell. "Everyone's outside." Daryl whispered again as he pushed me into my bed and got ontop me me.
"Is this okay?" Daryl asked. I nodded. Daryl kissed my neck and pulled my pants down.
He put his hand in my underwear and I let out a quiet moan. Daryl then pulled his pants down, and slid on a condom. "You still have those?" I laughed, out of breath. Daryl smiled and nodded. "Ready?" He whispered. I nodded again. Daryl leaned in and kissed me and slid in.
"Fuck.." I moaned. I covered my mouth with my hand.
Daryl started going faster and his breaths became deeper and shorter. "Keep going baby." I whispered and covered my mouth again.
I moaned again and Daryl just went faster. "You like that?" Daryl said out of breath. "Mhmmm." I moaned and covered my mouth again.
Butterflies filled my stomach and my eyes kept rolling back in my head. "Don't stop!" I whispered shouted. Daryl went even faster and I squeezed the blankets as I covered my mouth and finished. Daryl finished too and we both layed there, out of breath.
We put our clothes back on and layed down.
"You know something?" Daryl whispered as he looked at me.
"What?" I asked. "I was nothing without you." He whispered. I shook my head.
"Stop." I said. "No seriously. I didn't do anything. I was too upset, all I did was look for you and then when I told myself you were dead..." Daryl said, rubbing my thigh. "When I thought you were dead, I was too upset to do anything. I just took my anger out on walkers and lashed out on everyone. Surprised they even let me stay." Daryl chuckled.
"I don't get it." I whispered. Daryl looked at me.
"I don't get how you think you're nothing." I looked back over at him. "You're everything someone could want." I said. Daryl smiled, but I knew he didn't believe it. "I'm still trying to believe how you like me y/n." Daryl said, still smiling. "Stop it!" I joked. We both laughed.
"We should probably head down now." Daryl said. I nodded, and we both got up. "Y/n, before you go, I want to look at you." Hershel said as Daryl and I walked outside. Hershel brought me into his cell and looked at my legs.
They were covered in bruises and cuts.
Daryl looked at me and he looked concerned. "I'm okay." I said to him. "You're legs are swollen, I think it's because a lot of these cuts are infected." Hershel said as he continued looking at all the cuts.
"How'd you get em?" Daryl asked. I shrugged.
"I fell a lot." I smiled. Hershel gave me medicine and told me it should kill any infection.
"Try not to run too much when you're out there." Hershel said. I nodded and Daryl and I left and went to the car with Rick.
Hopefully Woodbury was as peaceful as I remembered.
