don't you see?
i'm a messi'm a bunch
of broken pieces
that haven't been glued
together yeti'm a puzzle
that's unsolvablei'm that stressful
math equation
that causes you sweating
in classi am a mess
like yarn
i am tied together
tangled
and have yet to be unraveledi am waiting
for someone
to unravel meuse me as
the red lines
to help pinpoint
a mysteryto help find that
ancient artifactto answer the question
of "who done it?"i am this
thin piece of string
waiting to be put
through a needleto be bunched with
as i am turned into a
badgethat could be a badge of honor
that could be on a backpack
that could be on your uniformi could be the
thread in your crest
that you have your pride inif i wasn't so hard to use
if i didn't rip easilyyou see
i am a messtrying to follow
these lines to a teeand i lose more
parts of myself
when i am freei am a mess
that needs to be "deemed" worthybut who would do that for me?
