Kid was hardly standing there for more than a second when a bomb of confetti was exploded in her direction, lacing her hair with the thin, colourful paper. She was lost for words and air; there were giant floats slowly going down the road, every one of them was in different colours or themes. One was dedicated to butterflies, a young woman sat perched on a throne of flowers in a purple butterfly suit. Another dedicated to fairies, another greedy goblins, there were others for Time, Space, acrobatics, musicians, lights in general, there was a float with a bicycle riding bear, one with cannons spitting balloons, balls and sparkles.

And along the ground there were monkeys dancing to their music box, odd gypsies handing out balloons, people in giant cat, bird, dog or mice costumes offering hugs to the little kids. There were fire eaters, sword swallowers, jugglers, dancers of the unpredictable variety, stilts people, clowns which made some kids run away in fear, and people who looked like the Ringmaster.

A man, in a maroon suit and a tall top-hat, he was holding a mega phone. "Hello men and women, boys and girls," he exclaimed, "they call me Jason Traveller, and I would like to introduce you to my own Travellers!" he exclaimed, which gave him a chorus of cheers from the people below.

Kid gulped as she looked at him, he was on the train.

And he had the same symbol as her necklace did.

Fireworks suddenly appeared from seemingly nowhere and exploded into an explosion of sparkles and colours. That is until it formed into The Travellers symbol in the sky.

"I hope you see you all for the Grand Finale, our most amazing performances this world has ever seen!" he exclaimed, he looked at his pocket watch, and seemed to have a place to be, "But until then my lovelies," he said turning around and disappearing into an illusion of smoke.

And just like that he was gone.

Kid jumped as she disconnected herself from the group she was a part of and ran out into the march itself. Two steps in she ran into a woman dressed as a gypsy. She wore dark blue, layered lacy skirt and a matching bikini top which allowed her stomach, arms and most of her legs to show off, which Kid admitted was a good choice for her figure. She had long elegant hair that was a purple grey throughout. When Kid ran into her, she nearly released all the balloons she was holding.

"Whoa, kid. You okay?" she asked in a giggly tone.

Kid seemed somewhat frightened looking as she looked around.

"Hey, don't sweat it, kid. Here, want a balloon?" She offered holding one out for her. Kid didn't accept it, she just looked around for the man in the tail coat.

The gypsy shrugged as she continued walking down the march giving balloons out as she did so.

Kid looked around for the Ringleader, but she couldn't remember which float he had disappeared into. She found herself running straight into the little march, before the floats and running alongside them looking. She could feel some people's eyes on her, some looking oddly, others thinking she was merely part of the performance.

Out of nowhere, someone scooped her up from above and she squealed in fright. She was tangled in the ribbon of one of the stilt men; they had mistaken her for some odd dance partner and was pulling her up to him. She looked to other stilt men and saw women pulling themselves up as well. Hoping to get down, she copied the other girls in a similar situation. The man reached down and threw her in the air.

Kid bit her tongue trying not to scream.

She landed in the guy's arms again, and was constantly looking around at the other girls to copy what they were doing. She was slower than the rest, but she was trying to keep the man she was with from looking too ridiculous.
