After I tried returning a gem I had stolen from Calum, he turned me down. I didn't understand the look on his face -- looked as though he had seen a ghost even when I told him what Ashton recently told me. Me, a prince. I had no intention of telling everyone I was the missing prince, the one people tried looking for but only gave up. Calum is my friend and genuinely felt bad when Ashton did the job to announce (After he became king) that I belonged in Endor. I tried stopping the guards who were dragging away Calum but I was suddenly swarmed with civilians surrounding me. I never got this much attention before, I hide in plain sight -- is what I did.

I met my real parents, even though I've seen them countless times before, and I was happy to see them yet it felt as if I were talking to strangers.

Before Calum was taken away, he tried telling me something but I couldn't understand a single word that he was saying, he was talking too fast. I was able to understand one word, "kill" or is that what he said? He must've said something else. That was the last time I saw him and I wished I was a better friend.

Though Ashton is a king now, he cannot change the sentiment of the two same genders being together who are in love. It seems as things haven't changed for us. We still keep our relationship a secret and Ashton has his pretend girlfriend. She found out we were together, at first uneasy about it but started to feel okay about the whole thing.

Ashton told me that he does not speak with Michael any longer since I warned him to not trust him. I didn't want him to get hurt from a so-called-friend. To this day, I often wander around my own bedroom that's quite large than the one I had shared with others and wonder about the night Michael snuck off to speak with another human being. He was a kid -- a child, no older than me. At such a young age, what did that boy want with Michael and what did Michael want from him? I shouldn't worry too much about that strange meeting, it seems as though it is unimportant, at least I hope so.

A month in when Ashton became heir to the throne, we've spent much more time alone than the past year and a half. Few months after Ashton and I met, we have fallen in love with each other until I decided to ruin it but of course, I wanted to make up for it. At first, I was being a little too pushy and I must admit, what was wrong with me?! Not a good time. Ashton and I started to become friends again -- just to be clear, what we felt for each other was really clear as day and now we've decided to get back together.

One of us had a sudden change of heart. Was it me? Was it Ashton?

I had Ashton in my arms and I didn't want to let go, I feared that if I did, he would surely disappear. We were standing around in his bedroom when he left my arms and went over to the glass door that leads to the balcony. He stood there, looking out for minutes when I had caught that there was something wrong. He had seemed distracted lately.

"Something wrong?" I asked, walking beside him also staring at the view and trying to figure out what's caught his eye.

He gripped the railing in both hands and hadn't looked back on me. "I once heard a voice calling out to me from out here," I let him rant on. "There was no one around even when it sounded believable." He turned to me, letting his hands fall to his side. "Do I sound crazy?"

"No! I believed in those dreams you had, remember?" I thought back to when I had entered Ashton's room just in time before he fell and banged his head on a furniture edge.

He averted his eyes from me. "Yes but those were dreams, Luke. Anyone can have dreams."

"Was it a dream? Or was it a--vision?"

"You said they were just dreams. They couldn't possibly be visions, too horrid for one's eyes."

I sigh. "Yes, you're right," I think about what could get his mind off. "Perhaps a lay in bed?" I recommended. He rolled his eyes with a smile and followed me back inside. He went to lay on the left side of the bed as I took the left. Before we did, we took off our crowns and gently placed it on a dresser and we took off unnecessary clothing that overheated our bodies and I slipped off my short-sleeved leather jerkin while Ashton took off his brown leather tunic and vest.
