Is it selfish to feel alone without you?
While you're concentrated on finding new love
I only seem to drag you down with me
It isn't fair, is it?
To act as if our love could be a last resort
A twisted reality through my eyes
My hands won't let go
A death grip onto whatever is left of us
Pulling you deeper under the surface with me
My cries a broken symphony
I need to release this feeling
I need to let it free
But my selfish mind can't seem to see
That you're better off without me
