At one point in time, it was announced to all the soldiers that, for one week, an efficiency officer would be staying at the prison. This officer would be running the prison for that particular week, experimenting with different tactics for increasing efficiency within the compound.
I briefly wondered how Von Steubon would take this invasion of his prison.
