*Dabi's POV*
I don't know what I was expecting to happen when I went to the bar the next day. Maybe some sort of fight, or something? It wasn't though, it was actually kinda civil.
Well, other than the fact that we were discussing the kidnapping of a young girl.
When I got there, Shigaraki was sitting on one of the bar stools expectingly. He knew that I was going to bust in, and the people who were there made that obvious as well.
Twice, Spinner, Compress, they were ready. Twice was obviously a little more hesitant, but was most likely ready to fight at the tip of a hat. Kurogiri was behind him, eyes narrowed at me. Toga wasn't there, at all.
"Let me guess." Shigaraki said, leaning forward with his hands sitting on his lap. "You're here about the girl, right?" 'Father' sat on his face, but I could still see his eyes. They were full of twisted laughter.
I didn't answer his question, instead just pausing in the middle of he bar.
"Where's Toga?" I asked. If Aika was anywhere, it was most likely with her.
"Unimportant." One hand started to scratch at his neck. A smirk made it's way on his face, nearly splitting his face in half. "You know what we want you to do?"
"I'm not killing the number two hero." A deep throated chuckle filled the room.
"Well, then you're not getting the girl back." I wanted so back to light his ass on fire, but if I took a step forward at least three people would attack me. Then there was Twice, who still looked unsure, but if he turned on me I was done for.
"Remember what I said last time? About if you touch her?" That got his attention. "If you hurt her, you're going to regret ever meeting me."
"For one, I already regret meeting you, and two, I have no intention of hurting her." I paused. He didn't want to hurt her? "In fact, I've been thinking that a healer would be good for our party, don't you think?"
"How did you-?"
"She has a very close bond with Toga. She was more than happy to show off her quirk when she came back with just a tiny cut. Not even a mark." He took the hand off his face, placing it on the bar with his pinky up. "Even if you don't deliver on your part of the deal, I won't kill her."
When I didn't answer, he leaned back on the bar with his smile.
"This is not negotiable. Kill the hero, you get the girl back. Kurogiri." He turned to him. "Get him out of my bar."
***
"God damnit!" I kicked a rock down the road. I had been sent back to Eito's parlor, or, what was left of it.
Keigo had went to the hospital while I went to the bar. He wanted to check on Eito ever since he dropped him off yesterday. I had no clue if he was going to be at the apartment or not.
Technically, I could text him, but I'm too pissed off right now. Eito's in the hospital, Aika's been kidnapped by my boss, and the only way to get her back is to kill my boyfriend.
What am I even supposed to do at this point?
I wasn't far from the apartment, maybe ten, fifteen minutes? I was pulled from my thoughts as I felt my phone ring.
Pulling it out, I saw the words Chicken Little light up the screen. I immediately put the phone to my ear after answering it.
