100 story challenge (Tom Hiddleston imagines) *edited*

Zoo (Tom)

A/N: This is a daddy Hiddleston chapter, so be ready for some cuteness.

It was your daughter rose's 5th birthday, and she has been waiting for weeks to finally be able to go to the zoo with you and Tom. Ever since Tom handled the cubs on the late late show with James Corden, Rose has loved animals. She even got to hold them after the show, which made her love them even more.

"MUMMY! DADDY!" Rose was jumping on your bed in between you both.

You groaned and turned over facing Tom, you slowly opened your eyes to see that Rose was laying over Tom's chest and she was playing with his cheeks.

You smile at them both and start rubbing your hand up and down Rose's back. "Happy birthday sweetheart. Are you excited?"

She bounced on Tom's chest winding him a little, "YEAH!" She jumped off Tom and onto you. You start tickling her and Tom joins in. She squirms and tells us to stop, so Tom lifts her over his shoulder and takes her to the kitchen to make her breakfast.

You go into the bathroom before going to the kitchen to find Tom making a classic British breakfast.

"Mumma can we open presents yet?" Rose asks you showing you her puppy eyes.

"Let's have breakfast first, then once we're all done you can go open them. Okay?"

"Okay," she groans a little making me laugh. Tom sets down two cups of tea and you help him set the table. Soon after we began eating, Tom talked about some upcoming auditions he was interested in and about how you were going to spend the day.

Once breakfast was finished, Rose wen into the living room with Tom while you put the plates and cups in the dish washer, joining them a couple minutes later. Rose was already sat opening her first present in between Tom's legs. She was so excited when she saw the Avengers action figures that Tom Holland had gotten her.

There were a lot of presents to open, seeing as almost all Tom's Marvel castmates got her something, as well as your family/friends and his. You all decided to open some of them now and some later otherwise there would be no time to go to the one place she had been dying to visit.

There ended up being quite a lot of Marvel toys, for obvious reasons, and Rose was more than happy about it. However it was getting quite close to midday, so you made a move to the zoo.

----time skip----

"Come on mummy!" Rose Yelled happily from Tom's shoulders. He turned around to smile at you, which your returned and Rose waved for her spot, letting go of Tom's golden curls she had gripped in her small hands. You waved back and ran up to them locking the car as you got to them.

"I'm here sweetheart, but if you keep pulling on daddy's hair, he won't have any left," you giggled at Tom's agitated face. Rose laughed too and gently released Tom from her grasp. Tom's face instantly relaxed making you laugh even more.

"Thank you, Rosie," Tom said smiling at you.

You got through the entrance, a few people noticed you and said hello, but respected your privacy. Rose kicked her legs in excitement, and you all laughed feeding off the happiness she gave.

The first place you visited was the petting zoo. Rose saw the sign and went almost nuts with excitement. Tom put her down and took her hand in fear that she would've definitely ran off. She got to hold some bunnies and said that she became friends with one of the miniature horses.

You then made your way to the monkey and ape area, then to the big cats and saw a talk about giraffes and elephants. Rose was so happy and thanked us both every time she could. You took as many photos as you could for Rose's bedroom wall. You got some lunch after the talk and took a photo of Tom and Rose eating an ice cream together, then Tom did the same for you.

You continued your journey through the zoo, stopping at each enclosure. More people kept saying hello and some people did ask to have a photo meaning that you had to take Rose for a little. You didn't care obviously about taking her, it was just how sometimes you wanted to be a normal family, not having to share Tom with people every time you went out. You would never make a scene, just spent more time with Rose until he came back.

"Wow Mumma do you see that one?" She said pointing over the zebra that turned its head over to you both.

"That amazing sweetheart, why do you wave at it to see if it comes over."

She instantly waved at the zebra and it slowly moved a little closer towards the fence. Rose squealed in happiness.

She screamed a little as two hands grabbed her sides and lifted her up. She started laughing when she saw it was Tom. He rested her on his side, and she nuzzled her head into his neck.

"Are you tired darling?" Tom whispered. Rose nodded a little and Tom kissed her face where he could.

"Do you want to go home and finish opening your presents?"

"Yes please daddy." She whispers back.

You finish your journey and go home, rose sleeping in the back as you travelled.

Once you were home, Rose was still asleep, so you let her sleep, putting her in your bed and sat on the desk next to it, sorting through the photos and printing them for her room.

Tom came over and kissed your cheek, "what do you think she would want for dinner?"

"Probably pizza, her favourite." You smiled looking up at him with tired eyes.

"Darling you look exhausted. Are you sure you don't want to sleep?" He sighed laughing a little. You shock your head. You got up and led Tom out of the room, to the guest room.

"Why are we in here?" Tom asked curiously.

"Because this is the reason why I'm tried."

He looked even more confused, but you took his hand and rested it on your stomach, "I think we're going to need to get that baby stuff back out don't you think?"

His face beamed and pulled you into a strong hug and deep kiss, "are you sure?"

"Tom, I took 4 pregnancy tests, I think I'm definitely sure," you giggled as he lifted you up a little.

"How are we going to tell Rosie?"

"I got her a top saying 'number one sister' it's in our room and I was going to give it to her once she had opened the rest of her presents."

"That's a brilliant idea."

You had dinner after Rose woke up and she opened the rest of her presents. She saw the top and was elated when she realised, she was going to be a sister. She fell asleep soon after, leaving you and Tom to clearing up and watching a movie before you too headed off to bed.

A/N: I think this one was a little more like a one shot because it wasn't all about a trip to the zoo. I hope you liked the ending and thought it was cute. I certainly felt that way and I love daddy Hiddles so much!!! Anyway leave your thoughts. ❤
