Firstly I would like to say thank you to everyone who has been reading, voting and commenting for Golden Secret, it really means a lot to me :D

Secondly, when I came up for the idea of the story it was going to be split into two parts, each one a different book. The previous chapter (Chapter 22) is the end of the first part. However, I'm lazy so I've just decided to continue the second part after this.

I know some of you may be unhappy with how things have turned out at the end of the last chapter, but I always planned for Sasha to leave the safety of her family like she did.

The second part was meant to be called: Golden Lie. And I have put an extract of Golden Lie below.

___________________________________________________

We were surrounded; there was no way that the three of us were going to get past them all. We shouldn't have stopped to build a fire, we had our chance to run but we stopped, it was too late now.

The warriors circled us with anger in their eyes, of course they were angry, we escaped from their prison. Who wouldn't be?

A startled scream had me spinning around; one of the warriors had grabbed hold of Iris's hair and was pulling her backwards.

"Let her go." Oliver snarled lunging for the warrior, but he only got knocked down by two others.

Someone grabbed hold of my arm, twisting it into an uncomfortable position and causing me to growl in pain. With my free hand I grabbed hold of his arm and spun around kicking his shin and making him drop me to the ground.

It was stupid to resist, Iris and Oliver were already being restrained and there was no way I could take on all of them.

"You little!" the warrior snarled lifting his leg to kick me, but I rolled out of the way jumping to my feet.

Sadly another warrior was right behind me to wrap his strong hands around my waist and lift me from the ground, like I was feather.

"Come on!" I screamed, wiggling and kicking like my life depended on it, which it did, "Let us go!"

"No." Was his gruff reply and I snarled throwing my head back, and hitting his nose.

With a curse he dropped me to the ground staggering backwards, only to have two more warriors wrestle with my arms, forcing me to my feet.

"Come on Sair, we don't want to hurt you." Jay said trying to get a firm grip on my arm.

"Get off me!" I screamed at the top of my lungs, knowing all too well it was pointless.

All of a sudden a monstrous growl echoed through the clearing and everyone froze, including me. My breath got caught in my throat as I breathed in the most intoxicating and delicious smell I had ever come across in my life.
