Everyone stood still in shock, staring at the place the 3 of them just were. Now gone. Disappeared. Just like that.

Everyone, especially Ling, was devastated. Never could they imagine something this bad could happen on a fine day like this.

Chang'e began to tremble and soon burst into sobs. "B-Big B-Bro..! Where i-is Big S-sis Wanwan??!" she cried out as she clung onto Zilong, her tears pouring out.

Zilong creased his eyebrows and bent down to hug her. He lifted the crying Moon Palace Immortal and carried her in his arms.

"I... dont know..." was his reply. This made her cry harder.

Her sobs filled the air. Soon, everyone heard Silvanna announcing an emergency announcement. She was sending out the Lightborn Squad to search for the missing marksman.

Holding back the tears, Ling walked up to Natalia rather angrily. She showed no emotion and looked rather happy. He violently grabbed her by the shoulders and shouted, not giving a shit how loud he was.

"Oi! You told her something, didnt you?! What the hell did you do?!" His voice got louder as he spoke. Natalia only scoffed before replying.

"Hmm? You mean you havent told them yet? Especially your lover? Huh, what a shame... " A smirk grew on her face, which made Ling angrier. But before he could retort back, Baxia interrupted.

"What does she mean? Are you hiding something from us, Ling?" Baxia walked up to Ling, a pained expression on his face. Ling turned around and tried to asnwer, but he didnt know what he was talking about.

Zilong looked curious as well. He walked up to them. Now, Ling was in a state of confusion. He didnt know what to do.

"Wait! I seriously dont know what she's talking about!" Ling protested, but Baxia and Zilong didnt look pleased.

Natalia simply let out a huff. "My, my. Well, take a good look at this team, Ling. Look familiar? And I'm not the one in the assassin's place here... its you."

Everyone stared at the team behind her. Kimmy, Masha, Valir and Estes had no idea what was going on. Everyone stared at each other, trying to take in the information.

"Ling? What is the meaning of this? What does she mean... its you?" Zilong asked, his expression turning into worry by the second. Ling hesitated, looking for the proper words.

How was he going to tell them he was a part of another squad?

Baxia and Zilong stared at Ling intensely, waiting for a valid answer.

Just then, a voice behind them interrupted them. Valir joined in the conversation. "Ling? Have you forgotten?"

Ling was desperately hoping his secret wouldnt be exposed at a time like this. He tried to tell Valir though his eyes, though it didnt get through him. Kimmy butted in.

"Come on, dude. Our squad? The Dragon Tamer squad? Has is disappeared from your mind?" Kimym said half-jokingly, not knowing how deeply this affected Zilong and Baxia.

Zilong's face turned into despair. He stared wide-eyed at Ling, his mouth trembling. "L-Ling? Whats the meaning of this..?" His voiced wavered and cracked.

Before he could answer, Baxia said something. "Its what Kimmy said. He's in another squad. Oh my fucking gosh, how could I have been so naive?" He said it with such disappointment in his voice.

It hurt Ling so much to see his comrades this hurt. He tried to find the proper words to explain it to them, but they only turned around and walked away.

"To think we were comrades. Partners. Friends." Zilong muttered before walking away.

Now Ling was left standing there, his heart shattered to pieces. His fellow Dragon Tamer friends stood behind him, feeling bad for what theyve done. Especially Kimmy. She went up to him.

"Yo, look.I'm sorry I said those stuff. I didnt-"

"No. Its okay."

With that, he leaped wall to wall, fleeing the scene. He went as far as his legs could take him.He went out of the arena, away from everyone else. He needed a quite place for him to relax his mind. He needed to clear everything.

Natali only stood there and watched everything unfold with a grin on her face. Valit turned to face her and pointed his finger to her face.

"Look what youve done! Dont tell me you worked together with those 2 people who took Wanwan!"

"Fufufu.. what if I told you yes?"

Wanwan woke up, groaning in pain. She woke up with a severe headache, along with some bruises on her body.

"Ow, ow ow ow... God, am I this fragile?" Wanwan said to herself as she looked at the state she was in. Next, she scanned her surroundings.

Seeing that it was an unfamiliar setting, panic took over her.She stood up, pain shooting though her leg. She yelped as she tried to suppress her tears.

"What... happened?" After saying that, she suddenly remembered what happened. She avoided Ling the whole day, they went to a match where she met Hanabi again, they were fighting, and then...

Before she could fully recollect her memories, footsteps behind her stopped her train of thought. She got in her battle stance, but realised she didnt have her crossbows with her anywhere. Out of panic, she turned her head here and there to see if she has dropped them anywhere near her.

Before she knew it, the two hooded figured were standing in front of her. They hovered over her as she was surrounded. She was frightened. She was scared. She couldnt move. She found this unusual, because usually she would be the bravest of them all.

Little did she knew, she was yearning for one person to save her. The person she loved, the person she really trusts..

The two figures lifted the hoods out of their heads, revealing their identities. They stared at her, waiting for a reaction. Wanwan stared intently at the taller figure, who was a man. Her eyes grew wide as she recognised the familiar face in front of her.

"Y-Yu Zhong?!"
