In front of me is a figure, far in the distance. Fire, debris, fallen rocks everywhere..... its a total destruction...

There was no one else in sight... except for the person in front of me...

" ****! Wait!" I called out to them, reaching my hand out. Right now, I dont know who I am...

The figure only looked back at me. His bright purple wings swaying in the wing. His sword held in his right hand. This isnt the **** I used to know...

I tried to stand up, only to be greeted by more pain running through my legs. Scars, bruises, cuts all over me....

"You promised.. we would stay together!" I manage to say out from my dry throat. He didnt move an inch.

".....That was only talk.." he says as he turns around, stepping foward.

" **ng! Wait! Dont-" I shouted as I struggled to get up. Limping towards him, I used whats left of my strength to shout out,

"Dont leave me!"

Wanwan's POV

I shot right up from my bed. Damn, what was that?? I've been dreaming stuff like that for the past few days...

I took some deep breaths to calm myself down. I looked around and remembered I'm in the infirmary. I only remember after defeating Hanzo, I said goodbye to Hanabi, we went to pick up Chang'e and..... yea I dont remember.

I lifted up the blanket to see my right ankle wrapped in bandages. Right... I sprained in during the fight. Honestly, though! Why am I the one getting injured?!!

Groans beside me made me think otherwise. I looked over and saw Zilong on the other bed, tossing and turning. I dont know why he's here, but I sure hope for his speedy recovery.

Grabbing onto the table next to me, I slowly pushed myself up to stand up. I mean, I am getting hungry, and there's no food anywhere nearby. Damn it, they should have at least gave me a pair of crutches! Actually no. Crutches make me look weird, as if I'm weak or a total idiot. I dont really like the idea-

"Catch." said a voice from the door, interrupting my thought.

Out of instinct, I managed to catch whatever the person threw at me. An apple, nice! I looked up and saw the person in front of me.

"Not bad." Ling said as he closed the infirmary door. He grabbed a chair and dragged it near the bed I was on. I still stood, apple in hand and staring at him. He sat down and looked at me.

"And where do you think you're going? You wanna worsen your ankle?" he asks in such a cold voice. I flopped back down on the bed.

"I was just... going to get food." I answered.

"Oh? So you dont want the apple?" He asked, eyebrow raised.

"T-Thats not what I meant! Of course I want this, its my favourite!" I shot up, clutching onto the apple before taking a big bite out of it. Oh my gosh, when was the last time I had this?

"Hmph. Appreciate it, you brat." he says as he ruffles my hair. Now that I think about it, this is probably the first time he's seen me with my hair down. No reaction for that anyway.

"Hey, I need water. Got some?" I asked, my mouth still full.

Ling made a 'tch' sound and pinched my cheeks with both his hands.

"OoOWow! Why this againnn?" I whined, swatting his hands away. At least he pinched them with less strength, so it didnt hurt like last time.

"Learn some proper manner, young lady. At this rate, no one would wanna marry you." Ling said. I dont know if he was serious, but I could tell he was messing with me.
