"Ling, no!!" Baxia called out at him. However, Ling only ignored him and charged towards an overly excited Wanwan.
"Oi, Bax! Get back here!" Zilong called out, dodging attacks from the Dragon. With hesitance, Baxia let out a 'tch' before going to help out his dear comrade.
Baxia ran as fast as he could to catch up to them. Before the Dragon could land another attack, he quickly shielded Zilong and Chang'e from it.
"H-How are we supposed to distract that guy if we cant even get past the Dragon?" Chang'e cried out in fear.
The three remained still, prepared to take another attack from the Dragon. With their weapons on the verge of breaking down and their exhaustion taking over, they slowly started to lose hope.
Zilong looked over at where Wanwan and Ling were sparring at. Neither one of them were willing to back down, and did not hesitate to attack one another. Wanwan used a mix of her marksmanship and fighting techniques Yu Zhong once taught to her when she was young. Ling still only fought with his sword, but could keep up with Wanwan.
Baxia's gasp caught his attention again. His face told Zilong that he had come up with an idea.
"Yo, Zi. I think I have an idea. A way to at least get the Dragon out of the way."
"Finally, took forever!"
"Its a stupid one, though."
"Oh god."
"Just tell us, Big Bro Baxia! We'll take any ideas at this time!" Chang'e persuaded.
Baxia rubbed his chin half-jokingly. "I mean, with the power of love-"
"No, no, no. What on earth are you saying?!" Zilong interrupted, holding up a finger on Baxia's lips.
Baxia swatted his hand away, annoyed. "I wasnt even done explaining, gosh. What I meant is, Yu Zhong seems to hold a soft spot for that Yin-Yang mage."
"Luo Yi?"
"Yeah, her."
"How are you so sure?!"
"Come on, Im his brother. I know him well!"
"You mean his closest friend?"
"Oh shuttup."
Chang'e's quavering voice now caught both their attention. She was staring at something, but not at the Dragon.
"B-Big Bro..." Chang'e muttered out, her trembling finger rising up to point towards the figure. Baxia and Zilong looked at what she pointed to, their eyes widening.
Slowly standing up, Luo Yi gathered her strength to do so. She panted, her weapon still in her hand. Her clothes were all torn and tattered, her hair all messed up. Her body were covered in dirt and bruises, blood visible on some parts.
Trembling, Zilong said, "O-Oi... Didnt i finish her off...?"
They waited in suspense for what she was about to do. All of a sudden, she looked at them, her eyes all red. A loud, shrilling voice erupted from her. Baxia, Zilong and Chang'e covered their ears as tightly as they could, trying to shut out the noise.
Before they knew it, they were lifted off the ground and were suspended in the air. They started to panic, kicking around in the air as if that did anything. Then, Chang'e began to drift away from Zilong and Baxia.
"Big Bro! H-help me!" she cried out as loud as she could.
Zilong and Baxia both extended their arms out to her. "H-here...! Grab it, quick!" Zilong said.
