The Desert

"So Sphinx.. you knew who I was." The paladin looks up at the Sphinx who's turned back onto its gigantic form. The Sphinx nodded and goes closer to the male.

Sphinx: Of course I know everything. And you know why I didn't tell you.

Kai: well... I do but the readers don't.

Sphinx:  *Sigh* ....why do we have to deal with another character that can break the 4th wall..What will be the point if you find out you're her son so quickly. Revealing secrets doesn't take a minute to solve. It takes time.

Kai: Riiight.....So where are we going? 

Sphinx: We're going to the planets you're friend told you about. The ancient planets the original Paladins practiced yours is very special-Montibus Meiso... Where time effects differently.

As he said that Kai began to raise his suspicion.

Kai: Time?- hang on.....how long does time pass there????

"One Vargas here is a deca-phoeb on Montibus Meiso." He explains.

Kai: Are you serious?!? One hour there is one year in there?! Zaren never mentioned that!  

"She didn't need to because the planet there is too risky for newly trained Paladins like your team.. I fear a far greater fate from one.. however it's just a possibly. The greater changes with you is way higher than them." The Sphinx explains as Kai ties to process all of this information.

Kai:.... okay.. but that's unsafe and Mom said training only takes 2 hour... I'll be with you for 2 years?!

"Do you want to control your powers." He raised his brow.

Kai: Yes please!

"Then stop complaining and follow."

Kai nodded and gets inside his lion. As he goes to sit down, he immediately realized something,

Kai: but.. 2 years? I'll be 24 then! Holy crap I'll almost be the same age Shiro!

Sphinx: Come, we have no time to waste.

The Sphinx flaps his metal wings flies up across the galaxy, Kai follows along behind the Sphinx hopping this trip is worth the time.

Speaking of time he's going to have such a long time with the Sphinx for 2 years. How will his team feel about this. Will he even get to see his friends? That will be determined. He has already arrive.

As they fly closer into the planets clear blue atmosphere, a couple mountains levitating in place. Many of the mountains have water falling down to the massive lake. Some of the massive peeks have narrow arches in random spots gown in with nature. Wild life sprouted everywhere, from winged creatures to four legged land critters. This planet is surrounded by life. Kai marvled at the sight.
