Vincent cuddled with me in my bed and made me smile a lot. We took pictures and snapchat which only made the memories worth remembering. He posted a flipogram of our pictures together on Instagram of us, he used my favorite song too. Someone special by Sarkodie ft Burna, that is my favorite song. Yes, it's an African song, he laughed at the fact I started singing to it. He left my room quietly and quickly, right when we heard heavy footsteps creaking up the steps. When he left, I kept replaying our pictures together that he put on his page. I looked up to this bio and it said:
Nova with a lock key and a heart.Today I woke up with a funny feeling as if someone was going to do something bad to me or something bad was going to happen today. I walked to the bus stop myself really cautious about this feeling I was feeling. I couldn't help but to constantly look back every five seconds, or every car that passed by I talked to my phone as if my dad was a police officer. Every police car that passed by, I didn't even trust them!
Once I saw Vincent and I debated whether or not I should tell him about this. I was constantly checking my surroundings; I saw him look at me confused as I shook my head and smiled at him, only earning an knitted eyebrow from him.
"What's the matter beautiful?" He said while holding me close to him, while he had his hand around my waist and smelling his fresh Dove for men soap on his neck.
"Nothing, why do you think something's wrong? I'm fine. Just a little bit cold that's all." I try my best as I lied through my teeth. Apparently it works and I mentally wipe the sweat off my forehead.
As the day went on at school, the feeling only got worse. I was only getting more paranoid about whatever was coming to me. It was like someone was watching me without me seeing them. Like someone was watching my every move, staring at my every breath I take, looking at every word I said. I've never had this feeling this strong before.
I called off dance practice today, because I only wanted to go home. As I was walking a car pulled up to me, I blasted my headphones in my ears and kept walking faster. The car stopped and the person got out of the car, I looked down until I heard a familiar laugh.
"Givoanna, calm down. It's Josh." He laughed, but something seemed off. I heard a mumble in the car and I assumed it was Mel confirming as I got inside the car.
I felt a sharp pain in my arm and fell to my knees. The last thing I saw was Josh smiling and hearing a car door slam with Mel screaming no until she couldn't scream anymore.
"Wake up!" I felt water hit my face. I blinked a couple of times and saw Mel right across from me, tied behind her back as same as I.
"What is this?" I looked around and saw Josh's face.
"Josh. Why are we here?" I looked at him. He raised his hand up and I crenched as he laughed.
"I'm not that bitch Josh. I'm everything like him times seven times greater. I'm Jackson. His brother." He smiles and grabs my face.
"You must be Vincent's lovely girl. I could tell." He walked towards Mel and I got scared. He pushed hair out of Mel's face and brushed his hand on her cheek.
"And this must be the lovely and beautiful, Melanie that I've been hearing so much about. My my my. Aren't you a precious jewel?" She flinched and he smiled like a criminal.
"I heard that you like my brother Josh. He likes you a lot." He walked around her and spoke into her ear. Touching her shoulders and looking into her eyes he spoke once again.
"Now, you make my brother truly happy. But, we can't have that now. That's not the move, because he has money to make and can't do that if you're in the way." He pulled out a gun and clocked it. We both started to scream and scream to the top of our lungs. He laughed at our faces as tears poured through.
"I wouldn't kill creatures so beautiful so quickly. I'll at least make sure that these days are spent like it's your last. Because it is. I'll be back. Won't be long either." He chuckled and walked out the door and several locks were clicking one by one.
"We're okay Nova. We are okay." Mel said as we both breathed heavy.
"MEL! WE ARE NOT OKAY! We are going to die.." I said. I looked around the room and it had a table and our phones.
"Mel? Look. Our phones, we could call the guys!"
