Chapter 32

(Yang's POV)

Jaune lead us to a house. He knocked on the door and waited. The door opened and a blonde woman answered.

Saphron: Hello? Brother, what are you doing here?

Jaune: Can we come in?

Saphron: Sure, come on in.

She moved to the side and we all walked in. The house looked nice and was surprisingly bigger then I thought.

(Y/N): Alright, get off.

Maria: No.

(Y/N) looked like he was about to burst with rage. He grabbed Maria and put her on a couch.

(Y/N): Finally. No more carrying.

He walked up to me and grabbed my arm.

(Y/N): Come on.

Yang: Where are we going?

(Y/N): We are going to train.

Yang: Isn't a little early for training?

(Y/N): We didn't train yesterday. We have to make up for lost time.

Yang: You just want to be alone with me.

He blushed.

Yang: We will be back.

We left the house and started to walk down the street.

Yang: Have any idea where we will be training?

(Y/N): I was thinking about the forest next to Argus.

Yang: That sounds like a good enough place.

(Time skip) (Readers POV)

(Y/N): This spot will do.

Me and Yang stopped in a small area that didn't have trees.

(Y/N): This will be a simple sparring match. Don't go too overboard.

Yang: You want me to hold back? You afraid that I'll beat you?

(Y/N): You can think what you want.

I made some distance from Yang and we got into our fighting stances.

(Y/N): Ready?

Yang: I should be asking you that.

We dashed at each other. Yang tried to punch me, but I caught her fist. I gave her a smirk. She smirked back.

Yang: This will be fun.

She reeled her other fist back. I let her fist go and jumped back. Yang ran at me and I put my guard up. She punched my arm. She started to kick at me. I went for a punch. Yang ducked and did a sweeping kick. I was knocked off balance and she punched me, sending me through a tree.

(Y/N): That kinda hurt.

I got up and stretched.

Yang: Are you ok?

She said in a mocking tone. She smiled at me. I cracked my knuckles.

(Y/N): You should be concerned about yourself.

I ran at Yang. She got ready for an attack. I got in front of her and didn't attack. She looked confused. I grabbed her arm and started to spin her around. I threw her in a tree.

(Y/N): Pay back.

She got up and pouted at me.

Yang: I didn't mean to send you through a tree.

(Y/N): So?

Yang: That's it. I'm going to make you beg me to stop the match.

She ran at me. She started to shoot at me. I put up my shields and blocked the shots. I guess she isn't holding back anymore. She jumped up and kicked my shield. I tried to hit her, but she jumped off my shield. She came down and punched my shields. The force sent me to the ground. I tried to get up, but Yang got on top of me and pinned me down. I tried to get out of her grasp, but couldn't.

Yang: Looks like I win.

(Y/N): Alright, fine. You can get off me now.

She just stayed silent.

(Y/N): Yang?

Yang: I said I would make you beg.

(Y/N): You can't be serious.

I looked at her and she was being serious. She gave me a cheeky smile. I actually have to beg? I feel my face heat up.

(Y/N): Please Yang, let me go.

Yang: Good enough.

She got off of me. I got up and patted myself down from any dirt.

(Y/N): Don't tell anyone about that.

Yang: It will only be between the two of us.

(Y/N): It better be. That was embarrassing.

Yang: I was just having some fun. Don't be too mad at me.

She punched my arm playfully.

Yang: You want to meditate and get your mind off it?

(Y/N): Sure.

We sat down and I tried to clear my mind. I couldn't for some reason. It felt like I was being watched. I looked over at Yang and her eyes were closed. I looked around quietly and did see anything suspicious. The feeling went away. I closed my eyes and was able to clear my mind.

(Time skip)

After me and Yang stopped meditating, I noticed that it was getting dark.

(Y/N): We should be heading back.

Yang: Alright then.

We got up and started to head back to Argus.

(Y/N): Hey Yang.

Yang: Yeah?

(Y/N): Before we started meditating, did you feel like you were being watched?

Yang: No, not really.

(Y/N): I guess I was just imagining things.

Yang: Maybe it was a secret admirer.

(Y/N): Yeah right.

We made it back into Argus and walked down the street.

Yang: I guess you're right. Who even knows about us?

(Y/N): Plus, I don't want fans. They would just bother me all the time.

We made it back to Jaune's sister's house. We knocked and Jaune answered.

Jaune: Hey guys. Didn't think I would see you two until morning.

We walked in and everyone else was sitting around and eating sandwiches. Jaune's sister walked up to me and Yang and handed us sandwiches.

(Y/N): Oh, thanks.

I took it and started to eat it. It was pretty good.

Ruby: You two had to show up late. I wanted to eat your cooking again. And see you in a apron again.

She whispered the last part, but I still heard her. I decided to ignore her.

(Y/N): Any luck with Caroline and getting a ride to Atlas?

Maria: No.

Oscar: We tried earlier to see if Ironwood replied to her and he still hasn't.

Jaune: We have a plan though.
