^Summer but imagine her with blue eyes!

"Home sweet home!" I exclaim, climbing out of the car and standing in the garage.

"My children!" Bruce yells running up to us. He scoops us all into a giant hug. He crushes my against his side, squishing my stomach to his side.

"Let me go! I'm in pain!" I gasp out.

He drops me and I immediately clutch my stomach. He releases Jack, Nate and Tyler before peering at me.

"Is that blood I smell?" He says walking up to me.

I lift up my shirt and see the gauze has blood on it. But why is it still bleeding? Tyler instantly kneels in front of me while looking at the bandage.

"Is the myth true? That the blood of the mate will heal?" Tyler says turning his head to Bruce.

Bruce scratches his head and the back of his neck. "I don't know. Mine never got hurt. She only hangs out with the Luna and the children. And she refuses to fight."

"Damn it! I want to know." Tyler growls, standing.

I lower my shirt. Nate pulls my bike out of the back of the truck. Yeah, we barrowed a truck since I can't ride on my bike with my wound.

"Well you can ask Alpha. He might know." Bruce says pulling me into a softer hug. I hug him back.

"Okay. Come on Summer." Tyler says holding a hand  for me.

Without thought, I pull from Bruce's grasp and grab Tyler's hand. He leads me to dad's office. He knocks twice.

"Come in." Dad's voice is muffled by the door.

Tyler opens the door and dad looks up. I grin and walk up to him. He stands and wraps his arms around me in a hug. I hug him back.

"How are you, baby girl?" Dad asks.

"Not good." I close my eyes. "I got hurt."

He pulls away from me and looks me over. His eyes stop on my stomach and he lifts my shirt. His eyes darken and he takes a sharp breath.

"What the hell happened?"

"I was shot and cut." I explain and Tyler growls.

"I have a question, Alpha Woods, if I may ask?" His anger sounds barely in control.

"Just did, silly." I say with a laugh which turns to a groan.

"Go ahead, Tyler. What's your question?" Dad says, ignoring me.

"Is the myth about the mate's blood true?" Tyler asks hopefully.

"Explain please." Dad sits me down in a chair and motions for Tyler to do the same.

"The myth that is one of the mates give the other their blood they will heal quicker?" Tyler says as more of a question than a statement.

"Hmm...well.... I personally, have never tried it. The Luna doesn't get hurt but I would ask one of the warriors. They might know since usually both of them fight or the male does and the female would heal." Dad says looking out the window.

"Where can I speak with one of these warriors?" Tyler asks, leaning forward.

"They are in the back yard. I'll send my delta and he will know." Dad says.

Tyler nods and stands. He turns to me. "Stay. I don't want you to bleed more."

I scoff. "I have a stomach wound. I'm not on my period."
