Alunsina's POV

"Po?"

I gave her a very confused look because I really didn't understand what she just said.

But she just smiled at me, just like an angel.

Where would I come back? In my mother's womb?

Mom!" I heard Clyde exclaimed. His eyes widened too.

I bit my lower lip as I saw in my peripheral vision that he's looking at me.

Or I'm just assuming things? I don't know.

When I accidentally looked at him, agad niyang iniwas ang tingin niya sa akin.

Do I have something on my face? What is his problem? Kanina pa siya, ah.

My eyebrows furrowed a bit as I saw their eyes and hands, doing some gestures I can't understand.

"What? Did I say something wrong?" Tita Tati chuckled. Ate Claire laughed too as she punched Clyde's arms softly.

Clyde didn't say anything. He just looked at the ceiling to avoid everyone's gaze.

"Uh.." I cleared my throat to break the silence. "I'll go ahead na po, Tita, Ate. Wala po kasing kasama si Kuya sa room niya, eh," I smiled at them, except Clyde.

"Oki-doki," Tita Tati said and opened her arms for me. Agad naman akong lumapit sa kaniya at niyakap siyang muli. "Tell your Kuya, I'll pray for his fast recovery," she smiled again.

"I will po, Tita," she even caressed my hair as I let go of the hug. She's so sweet.

When Clyde and I are still together, she's been like my second mother. She's always there to talk to me whenever I had a fight with Clyde. I guess even though me and her son aren't together anymore, her treatment towards me didn't changed at all.

I smiled at them before leaving.

Except Clyde again.

Sino ba siya para ngitian ko? Duh.

"Kuya-"

I stopped myself from ruining their moment.

"Oops," I bit my lower lip. "Am I interrupting something?" I clenched my teeth.

They didn't say anything. Nakaharap pa'rin sila sa isa't-isa.

Ugh. I feel so single right now!

"Oh god," I sighed as I went towards the coffee table and placed the foods I bought. "Bye. I'll go to my office na. Nahiya naman ako sa inyo," I even rolled my eyes as I shut the door.

Mayroon naman ng kasama si Kuya kaya p'wede na akong bumalik sa office. Kaya na nung magbabantay sa kaniya 'yun. Duh.

Bago ako makapasok sa building, nakita ko ang isang familiar na sasakyan. Naka-parked ito sa harapan ng sasakyan ko. He's here!

"Hi," he greeted. He's leaning on his car. He looks so handsome with his white longsleeves, tucked in with his black slacks.

"Oh, hi!" I went towards him and kissed him on his cheeks. "Kanina ka pa ba rito?" he held my waist and looked at my eyes.

"Hmm," he acted like he was thinking. He looks so sexy. "Yeah," he licked his lips.

"Why didn't you call or text me?" I pouted.

He didn't answer my question. "I heard what happened with Ale. Is he okay now?" we started walking inside the building.

"Yeah. Luckily, it's just a minor accident," I looked up into him. He just nodded.
