Chapter 12 - I'm All About You

[Emmileigh]

Me and Karsyn were sat on my bed in silence. I was trying to fathom just what had happened. Lists, us being on the other guys list. What did that mean?

Karsyn was obviously just as confused as me. Hell, I knew it went deeper than that.

"Donnie thinks I'm fat," Karsyn commented, sighing.

"You're not fat. And I don't think he actually meant that."

"God, what happened out there? I mean.. shit we should be both having our moments with our guys, and instead we're like this.." Karsyn sighed again before pulling her cell out her pocket.

"Text?"

"Hmm," she replied. "Nick sucking up. Ugh." She threw her cell down on the bed. "Is he like Tony?"

I sat up. "No. That he definitely isn't. I just.. this is all so.."

"Confusing. I know."

We both looked at each other and sighed before looking up at the door when there was a knock.

I jumped off the bed and opened the door a little to see Donnie standing there.

"Can we talk?"

I looked at him before shaking my head. "No."

"Please? I want to explain myself, and I need to apologise to Karsyn."

I looked at him, all puppy dog eyes and felt myself weaken. "I don't know.."

I felt the door get pulled open from behind me and turned seeing Karsyn standing there.

"Forget about it, Donnie. It's fine. Where's the other idiot?"

"Here.." Nick walked out and instantly I cringed. He had on an old school BSB t-shirt and was waving around a NKOTB scarf. I felt my face go hot.

"What the fuck?"

"Yeah.. we found your stash. Donnie liked the old t-shirt with his face on it. Not to mention your 'Donnie porn,'" Nick cackled, making me even more embarrassed.

"You went through my stuff!!" I huffed at them before turning around and throwing myself on my bed.

[Karsyn]

"If ya'll think that's bad, good thing you don't see all the stuff I put in storage before I left North Carolina," I said as both Donnie and Nick looked at me.

"I put you back on the list," Nick said, holding up his iPhone. "And no offense Emmi, I took you off."

"I don't care," Emmileigh muttered, still burying her face on her bed.

"You're kind of hot in that old school t-shirt," I said as I looked over at Emmileigh. "Emmi, Nick and I are going to sleep in the fandom room," I said as I grabbed Nick's hand and pulled him out of Emmileigh's bedroom. I pushed him into the spare bedroom and he started giggling like a little school girl.

"You put me back on the list?" I asked, locking the door. I looked back to see Nick nodding.

"I took everybody else off, well, except this one other girl from Japan, but I..." he said as I walked up to him and pushed him back on the bed. "But at least she's gentle."

I knew the moment Karsyn left that I was alone with Donnie. I kept my face buried in the bed as I heard the door close. The bed dipped and I braced myself for whatever was about to come next.

"Emmi?"

"What?" I said into the covers, knowing it was muffled.

"I'm sorry, Ok. Nick deleted you off his list.. and I added you to mine."

I turned my head. "I don't care about no stupid list."

Donnie looked at me. "Then what's the problem?"

I blinked a few times. "Why wasn't I on there to begin with?"

"So you DO care?" Donnie smiled, but it irritated me.

"I just want to know, ok?"

Donnie nodded. "Sit up and I'll tell you."

I groaned before sitting up and looking at him. "Spill."

"You weren't on there.. because I hadn't seen you tweet me."

I looked at him. "That's it?"

"Yes. That's it."

I looked at him before sighing. "Ok then."

"I'm sorry ok. I really am. I don't want to ruin tonight. I meant it when I said I wanted you."

I glanced at Donnie before biting my lip. He wanted me. I wanted him.

So why waste this time talking about some stupid Twitter list?

I knelt up and moved forward, gripping Donnie's t-shirt. "Can we change the subject?" I slowly grinned at Donnie before pulling him closer. His eyes widened slightly before he smiled back.

"Consider it changed." He moved his hands to my waist and pulled me against him before kissing me.
