As I regained consciousness, pain immediately entered my system. I let out a soft groan trying to surpress it but failed.
Upon opening my eyes, I felt my heart sank upon seeing her and my friends state.
I suddenly remembered what have happened before I past out, she is alive— Ana is alive but she's not like the old her, she changed.
“Perfect everyone's alive except for.....” she glanced at her direction
I was stunned on what she did next. Sinabunutan niya si Brooke na nasa harapan ko ngayon, causing her to wake up. I struggled, God knows I tried to get loose but I couldn't.
She continued pulling her hair, Brooke's expression screams out pain but said none. I heard shouting from the others, cursing her, killing her in their minds.
“Stop....” I managed to say or more like whisper “STOP!”
The room was eaten by silence, everyone was looking at me especially her.
Ana looked at me and glanced at Brooke once again giving her a knowing smirk.
“Nawala lang ako ng ilang taon pagbalik ko nalaman ko nalang na nilandi mo na ang fianće ko!?” she shouted and again gave Brooke a slap
She looked at me “Baby, nilandi ka ba ng higad na ito?”
“We are just friends Ana and.....” I uttered
“And what?” she asked innocently
For years I wished for her to be alive, for her to come back to me but this was not what I expected. She changed, hindi na siya yung babaeng minahal ko. Even if she didn't, I don't feel the same way I felt years ago and that's because of her. That's because of an angel, an angel of death I mean.
“You are supposed to be dead” I finally answered
The smile on her face disappeared “So that's how it is...”
I smirk slowly formed, an evil smirk “I never loved you nor like you anyways. I can't even believe I was going to marry you”
It should have hurt, I know it. What she said should have hurt me or at least feel pain. If she said that years ago I would have been broken, literally.
“Me too” I managed to say
“BURN!” sa sitwasyong ito nagawa pang tumawa ng ulupong
I heard chuckled and snickers coming from the girls at Brooke's statement. Yes, Brooke said that.
I saw Eric shook his head unbelievingly while Elliot holding out a chuckle.
“You bitch!” she was about to slap her again when she stopped her
Her eyes widened in shock when she saw Brooke broke loose of the chain and ready to kill her right there, right now.
“Fuck” I cursed
Realization hit me, I need to get fucking loose and help her!
BROOKE
Hinawakan ko ang kamay niya para hindi niya ako masampal muli. Kanina pa ako nagtitimpi sa bruhang ito eh, nakakabwisit talaga kahit kailan.
Bigla ko siyang sinipa sa sikmura na naging dahilan sa pagtumba niya. Sinamaan naman niya ako ng tingin sabay kinayom ang kamao nito.
“Ikaw pumatay sa tanda, hindi ba?” tanong ko dito at ngumisi ito
Bigla niya akong sinuntok at hindi na ako nakailag pa kaya napaatras ako ng bahagya. Narinig ko din ang tawag ng mga kasama ko pero tinuon ko ang atensyon sa babaeng traydor na nasa harapan ko ngayon.
“Same as always, matalas parin ang utak sinabayan pa ng bibig” pang-iinsulto nito
Sinikmuraan ko muli ito sabay sipa sa ulo. Nakarekober naman agad ito kahit papaano at sinuntok naman ako.
“You fucking corrupted the gang!” sigaw ko sabay suntok “The gang your father created which by the way, you murdered!”
Tumawa ito ng mapait, isang tawa na puno ng puot. Bigla siyang tumayo ng tuwid “Well he is weak!”
“How could you say that?” tanong kong hindi parin makapaniwala
Akala ko mabuting tao si Analyssa. Na hangad niya ang kabutihan sa mundo. Layunin ng tatay niya, ang gumawa ng gang na tapusin at ipakulong ang mga masasamang tao sa mundo.
Akala ko nadala lang siya at nakapatay ng inosente, pero nandilim ang pananaw ko ng sabihin niyang sinadya niya yun. She's a traitor, trinaydor niya ang gang, ang tatay niya, ako!
Muli siyang tumakbo papunta sa direksyon ko. Akala ko susuntukin niya ako muli pero mali ako, she didn't punch nor kick me, she stabbed me.
Unting-unti nawala ang lakas ko at napaluhod. Umubo ako ng dugo at tuluyan ng mahiga sa sahig.
Lahat sila sumisigaw. For hell's sake nakita ko si Stacey na umiiyak na.
Pero nabingi ako ng makita si Theo, he was looking at me too. Nakita ko ang sakit sa kanyang mga mata or is it hallucinations of blood lost?
