51. Together!

Near The Safe house

Jangmi - Hwan's POV

I was still in shock and wondered whether my eyes were betraying me or not. My worst nightmare was confirmed as soon as the doors opened and seven men stepped out. Those seven men were of course none other than my Uncle and Hyungs. I immediately felt a pang of guilt and looked down in embarrassment.

I felt someone put something in my hand. It was the gun I left for them. Uncle placed it in my hand. I suddenly realized that they shouldn't be here. I instantly looked up and shouted in a whisper while looking at them, "What in the freaking world are you doing here!? Do you have an idea of how much danger you just placed me and yourselves in. Get in the car and flee. I'll deal with them! Go n-"

They just ignored me. Those men were looking at us in confusion while the tall one walked over near us and stood with a smirk on his face. "Ah! Great. Our work will be easier now. Either you cooperate or they die. What do you choose, Jangmi?"

I was shocked. He said my real name in front of them. I just looked down and waited for Uncle and Hyungs to say something. How wrong I was. "Who the hell is this guy and why does he want to kill us or you?" asked Hobi hyung. I immediately realized that the killing part had taken up all their attention.

I felt a ton of relief and once again asked them to go into the car while I dealt with them. They refused. I rolled my eyes in frustration and quickly grabbed the second gun from Kookie hyung's hand as soon as I saw the men moving.

I swiftly pushed everyone behind me and told everyone to turn away. For a change they listened to me and did as I say. I instantly shot down all the men except the tall one. It took less than a minute as I had caught them off guard. The tall one removed a gun and was about to shoot at us when I shot his hand and leg.

He fell down. I quickly went over to him and took the gun out of his grip before passing two of the guns to Jimin hyung who had followed behind me along with the others as soon as I stopped shooting. While shooting that guy I had made sure not to hit him at any vital organs.

I needed him. Alive. After all he's the only one who can lead me to Mom and Rosa. I turned to the others and said, "Help me get this guy inside." Jungkook and Namjoon hyung came forward and helped pick him up. I asked Jin hyung to move the car and park it behind the safe house.

He nodded in understanding and went off while I led the others to the safe house. I opened the door and motioned for Namjoon and Kookie hyung to place the guy on the floor. I quickly went into my room and got the first aid kit. The bullet had just grazed him both the times.

I kneeled down and bandaged him up. He had started regaining consciousness. Everyone had settled down either on the floor or the couch while I did my work. I made the guy stand up and sat him down on a chair before tying up his hands. I swiftly cleaned the floor before settling down.

I was furious. What part of keeping them at home till 5 tomorrow did Kwang not understand. I decided to talk to Uncle and Hyungs before calling and scolding Hwan. Having a clear idea of what happened would be better to make decisions. I straightened my back and looked at everyone with a serious face.

They knew I was all business. Everyone unknowingly sat up straight and waited for me to speak. "Why did you leave the house and how did you leave the house. How did you fool Kwang? I know for sure that he wouldn't let you leave no matter what you. It's obvious that you guys fooled him. Tell me everything in detail." I said with a glare.

They had no idea how angry I was. And this anger was basically because they put themselves in danger. While they looked at each other trying to send one of them into the death sentence, I took out my phone. "You have a few minutes to decide who is going to tell me the story. I need to make a call." I said before standing up and going into my room. I called Kwang.

"Annyeong Kwang. How are my Uncle and Hyungs doing?"

"Uh! That's what I need to talk to you about. They left. They escaped in their car. We went after them but lost track of them....-"

"You called to inform immediately right?. They are here with me. They somehow managed to find out my location and came here!"

"Oh No! I'm really sorry, Hwan. I-"

"They're safe. And I don't need a sorry. I need you to send some to Daejeon immediately and get rid of the five bodies lying outside the safe house and get me 7 pairs of male stretchable male clothing for the others. Daniel's men came to kidnap me, and were nearly successful but Uncle and Hyungs came in time. I hope you won't mess this up."

"Don't worry. It'll be done in an hour."

I sighed and cut the phone. At Least I got rid of the bodies. Now I need to make that guy talk. I went back out and sat down on the couch. "Have you decided who's going to tell me everything?" They started speaking one by one. It took them about 30 minutes to explain what they did.

I did not say anything to them. But the part where they made Kookie hyung act sick got me. I had to give it to them. They knew their tricks and how to escape. I was quite proud of it too but refrained from showing it on my face for they would be encouraged.

They looked at me with worried eyes after finishing their tale. "It's okay. I'm not angry but there should be no next time like this." I sighed and smiled.
