"You are BTS!?" Hwan finally stopped circling us and sat down before saying so. We stared at him in confusion. Why is he reacting like that? I looked at Namjoon before nodding at Hwan. Hwan just got more shocked.
I've never seen him like this. Why is he so shocked? Didn't he kn- He did not know! I lean side wards and whisper to Namjoon, "He did not know we are BTS. That's why he's shocked." Realization hit Namjoon. It was clearly seen on his face.
Hwan was still staring at us. I asked, "Hwan? Are you alright?" Hwan kept on staring. I turned to the others and said, "What should we do? He's so shocked." I looked at Namjoon. He was the only one who could do something. It looked like he had already thought of something.All of a sudden Namjoon shouted, "du! se!-" We all continue out of habit, "bang-tan. Annyeohaseyo, bangtan sonyeondan-ibnida!"

This seemed to snap Hwan out of the trance he was in. But he did not stop staring at us. He looked at us and asked, "You guys are BTS? BTS! Bangtan Soneyondan?" We nodded quickly. His face was still the same.
He said, it was more like he was talking to himself, "So Jin hyung is Jin, the vocalist. Namjoon hyung...is the leader. So...he is RM the rapper. Uncle Yoongi....hmmm.... Your voice matches one of the rappers.....Suga! Hobi hyung.... You're called hobi? You'll be J-hope! J-hope, Jung Hoseok. Hmm."
He turned to Tae, Kookie and Jimin, "It's obvious that you three are the other vocalists. The three people left are V, Young Kid and Seagull. V's voice is the deepest. And here TaeTae hyung's voice is the deepest so, TaeTae hyung is V. Now which one of you is Young Kid....hmm..... I think Jimin hyung is Young Kid and Kookie hyung is Seagull."
Hwan still looked lost in his thoughts, while everyone was surprised. He just knew our stage names and has never seen us and was able to recognize everyone perfectly!?
Hwan - Jangmi's POV
I don't know why I was so shocked. I realized that I had spoken everything loudly. And they were.....confused? I got a grip on myself and said, "Forget we had this kind of conversation or I had such kind of reaction. I don't know what is wrong with me. Just ignore me. Let's go on as if nothing happened. Okay?"
Jimin hyung asked, "How did you even guess that I am Young Kid and Kookie's Seagull?" I sighed and said, "As far as I have observed you people, Kookie hyung doesn't like being called a kid or the youngest. And for some reason I've seen him searching a lot about Justin Bieber, totally unrelated, and seagulls. So it was a gut feeling. And.... Young Kid. I don't know! You just seem like the one who can have such a ridiculous name!"
Everyone started laughing at my last sentence. The tension and weird energy immediately dissolved. I felt relief. Hobi hyung said, "Oh! Now I understand why he was so confused when we asked him about the hoodie!" Everyone nodded in realization.
We continued chatting. I suddenly remembered something and asked them, "Well, what were you doing all the while I was roaming around?" Kookie hyung said, "We were talking to PD-nim. About you. After all you're living with us, so he has to be told about it."
I scrunched up my nose in confusion and asked, "Who is PD-nim? And why do you have to tell him about me?" This time TaeTae hyung answered, "Hwan, We are under BigHit Entertainment. PD-nim is the CEO and founder of BigHit. He is the main boss. He has to know about everything happening near us which could affect our careers even a bit."
I nodded with understanding and asked, "What did he say?" Jin hyung spoke up, "First, he scolded us for not telling him. Then he asked us what we're going to do. Then he told us to send you away."
Jin hyung looked quite angry, his face started becoming red, "And then he had the audacity to tell us that we were getting a punishment for not telling. And the punishment would be us having extra long practices. I stayed quiet and let him say everything because I know that it was our fault for not telling him before-"
Uncle Yoongi cut Jin hyung and said, "Sorry hyung. Hyung was getting very angry, but I saved us all by providing PD-nim a fake story. I told him that you lost both your parents in a car crash and that you had no one except me. And then I told him that you will stay with me. He agreed and we ended the video call."
Hobi hyung immediately spoke up, "Yoongi hyung is lying. He literally told PD-nim that if he does not allow you to live with us then he will leave BigHit-" Joon hyung continued, "But before PD-nim could say anything we said that if you don't get to live with us, BTS would leave BigHit. And he immediately agreed."
I couldn't help it and felt tears forming in my eyes. They barely know me and risked their career to keep me with them. I tried and blinked away my tears before excusing myself and running up to my room with mum's computer.
Meanwhile, Downstairs
Narrator's POV
They watched as Hwan ran up the stairs with teary eyes. They felt awkward. Yoongi spoke up, "He must have felt emotional. He is like his mother. She never like to show anyone her weak side. He is the same. Let him be for a while. I'll go talk to him later." Everyone nodded in agreement.
Namjoon sighed and said, "Well, we need to find out how we will keep Hwan hidden from the media? We'll soon have our practices and shows and tours now. As soon as Map Of The Soul : 7 is released. We need to figure out how we will do it. And we have to make sure that Hwan is comfortable with it to. We are used to the tiredness and hard work. But he isn't and this will be hard on him."
Jimin said, "We'll see to it later. I feel a bit worried about Hwan to be honest. He's acting a bit different from he usually does. Something's not right. I say, we should keep a close eye on him. I've not seen him releasing his grief at all. It's like he's almost unbothered by everything. He's way too calm for a child."
Yoongi nodded his head in thought, "I agree with you Jimin. He has been acting weird. I don't know what to do though. I am just worried that my doing something will have a side effect."
Hoseok said in a soothing tone, "You don't need to worry. Hwan is strong. And you are his uncle. He trusts you the most. The last thing you need to worry about is you doing something. Even a small action of support from you will help him. You don't have anything to worry about. And of course we are always there by your side to help you out."
Yoongi gave a rare gummy smile and said, "I'm really, really thankful for having you in my life as my group, my family!"
