third person:

"so are you girls eating by yourself?" hana's mom asked through the screen. the girls nervously glanced up to see the the boys staring back at them.

"haha, no?" yeri awkwardly replied grabbing the phone and switching the camera to show the boys across them.

"hi boys! oh my, hana you're right! they're good looking!" hana's mom said and the girls began laughing loudly while hana snatched her phone and hid her face from embarrassment.

"ah mom!" hana cutely whined hoping she could stop getting exposed.

"hana, where's mark?" my mom said trying to find mark from the row of boys. hana's eyes widened at the mention of her mom asking for mark.

"why are you asking?" hana said as she finally calmed down and resumed eating.

"didn't you say he's very handso-" hana's mom replied with a small chuckle before finishing. mark's eyes widened hearing hana's mom comment on him. he began to blush and slightly smiling. when he realized the boys was watching him lose his cool he gulped down all his water in hopes of calming himself.

"okay okay, thanks for talking with us, i love you. see you when i see you!" hana hurriedly said bye before quickly ending the call before her mother could further embarrass her.

"uh, don't mind my mom." hana chuckled awkwardly as the boys flickered their attention from her flustered face and mark's flushed face.

"before we leave, we should clear up the min-jun thing." johnny said wiping his mouth right after. the girls nodded along waiting for the boys to explain.

"we'll let you guys handle this, we'll head back first." jaehyun said before tapping the other boys and pointing towards the door to leave. we all said bye while jaehyun patted hana's head gently unaware of mark's uncomfortable face. after they closed the door, the girls diverted their attention to the boys. hana found herself fidgetting a lot every time she glanced and saw mark already staring at her.

"so to clear things up, yes we did hear a bit of what min-jun said. at first it sounding like corrections from our perception or at least mine. i told the boys to wait outside you that you guys wouldn't feel embarrassed taking corrections in front of us. then he started insulting you all. johnny was about to storm in, but i didn't let him because we thought it wasn't our place. so after we did our fullouts and hana quickly began packing, we already knew why. and that whole scene with min-jun threatening you, we heard everything" taeyong explained as the boys nodded and watched the girl's expressions turn confused.

"so right after you guys left, haechan went to min-jun and gave him a big punch. then min-jun got really upset and was about to punch haechan back, but mark stepped in front and mark got punched. luckily it was just his shoulder and nothing too severe. it's just a big bruise from what we can tell." johnny explained. the girls gasped hearing they actually got physical.

"i probably shouldn't have punched him, but i was so fed up. anyway, long story short, we left early this morning because we went to report the situation straight to sooman so that he could find a new choreographer, so after that meeting we came here to clear things up." haechan explained with his head down, disappointment written all over his face.

"so, know that we never intended to leave you guys to get hurt alone. we just did stuff behind the scenes for you. being rookies in the kpop industry, being girls with extreme diets and routines with revealing outfits. you guys already have so much on your plate. we just thought, it would be better to keep it on the down low. when we got home yesterday, i guess we just wanted to see if you guys would reach out. we wanted you guys to know that it's okay to let your walls down. if you keep it in, especially in the kpop industry, it could become ugly." mark said trying to explain the situation further.

hana felt tears welling up her eyes. she tilted her head up to the ceiling it hopes of sending the tears back in, but to no avail. the tears streamed down her face as she came to a realization. "y-you guys went through all that trouble for us?" hana asked as she forced the words out through her mouth. the boys quietly nodded as they watched the youngest girl get emotional. the girls nearly crying watching their best friend burst into sudden tears.

"then i'm truly sorry. i misunderstood everything. i'm really sorry mark for thinking you really wouldn't do anything for me. i-i'm s-sorry." hana forced out as she grabbed a clean napkin and tried to wipe the tears. then suddenly getting up and going to mark's side and suddenly standing in front of him.

"can you stand?" hana quietly asked as he listened and stood. forgetting about everyone in the room she quickly found herself embracing herself to mark giving the biggest hug she could give.

"i'm so sorry" hana kept saying as her face was on mark's chest. mark relaxed his shoulders knowing that she finally knew the whole story instead of thinking he would never do anything for her.

"it's fine. as long as you promise to reach out if you ever need support? i'm always here hana. and you know that." mark comfortably said as he tightened his grip on her petite waist.
