third person:

"we're back! now, is there anything you could say to the young girls who has dreams to one day become an idol?" mari said beginning to come close to deeper questions.

"i could go first. since, i'm the youngest, i feel as if that sometimes i questioned if it was too early to enter the industry. which many girls may struggle with. the fear of trying out their passion to turn in into a career, but also the aspect of them leaving everything they have. something, i wish people know before entering the industry, is be open to changes and stay optimistic. if you're open to changes, it'll make it easier for you to adjust to roles, lines, choreography, performances. it'll overall help you in all aspects of life, so don't be afraid of change. as for staying optimistic, it'll allow you to see negative issues in this industry in a new light. being in this industry will force you to need to have a strong mentality and heart. it's not a place where you can wear your heart on your sleeve. all-in-all i hope you all pursue the careers you hope for you and know that you got this!" hana ended her statement as she smiled and gave a thumbs up to the camera. as hana noticed the camera zooming into soyeon on the tv, she felt a hand tap her shoulder. she noticed it was her manager's hand giving her a big cotton zip-up jacket. her eyes lit up finally knowing she can be at least more relaxed for the rest of the radio show. she mouthed a 'thank you' as she grabbed it from his hand and slipped it on swiftly and silently hoping she won't interrupt. hana's outfit looked similar to this:

"yes, hana couldn't have explained it much better

"yes, hana couldn't have explained it much better. to add on to the points hana has already said, it's very important that when you come into this industry that you respect everyone. it doesn't matter if the person is from an opposing kpop group, company, role, popularity levels, it shouldn't affect the way you respect someone. you all are in the same production, because you all make music and art because you love doing it. you guys represent kpop in the big world of music. in the end, it's your choice who you want to respect, but it's best that you are kind to everyone, because you all are growing and mistakes and problems will come along the way, it's inevitable. but in the end, we're all humans." soyeon said while often gesticulating which made the girls think about how much confident soyeon has become in speaking publicly.

"as for the aspect of fans for idols, it's bound to happen to have both kind fans and difficult fans. over time, you'll get used to having fans always asking for photos wherever you are. it's also bound to happen that you'll meet solo fans that specifically only stan for a particular person, so don't be hurt if they don't ask you for photos or other things. know that no matter how big your fanbase is, it doesn't define you. hypothetically speaking, if you have a huge fanbase and you're a difficult person, it doesn't mean anything. just remember your worth and don't judge others just based on the size of their fanbase. and a quick reminder, if you are a fan of any idol or celebrity, please respect their privacy and don't get upset if they refuse to take photos. especially when they're eating a meal out, or running errands, or other events. if you find private info online on an idol, please respect our privacy. we deserve at least a bit of it considering we're already expressing big parts of our life for the world to see. thank you." yeri said as she ended on a kind note as she did speak about the important part of being an idol.

"honestly, the girls covered the main points of being an idol. i guess in conclusion, if being an idol is something you truly aspire to be, and you have strong passion for it, then you can do it. it takes a lot of sacrificing to be an idol. idols try to avoid showing themselves struggling, but it's the reality. many people have to leave their homeland to achieve this dream. many have to do constant traveling back and forth. others are recording and practicing day and night. us girls forced ourselves to learned multiple languages to be able to communicate with fans around the world. performances will fill alot of your schedule as well. there's a lot of things that go on behind the scenes that not many people see. but know that, whenever you're struggling, know that you're not alone. this path in life is for sure a gift, to be able to travel the world, write songs, dance and sing endlessly, create lifelong bonds. just have faith that you'll make it out alive. and you will." irene said as she looked at mari nearly on the verge of tears.

"wow, irene you got so mature since high school. i'm very proud of how far you've become. also girls, it's so nice to know that you've really opened up on my show and have shared the realities of being an idol. you're right, it's not all sunshine and rainbows, but it for sure is an amazing gift to be able to become an idol. our last song is hip by nct bg. let's give a hand to the amazing guests we had today!" mari said as the staff around the room began clapping. the girls bowed and got out of their seat as they went by the backdrop and got ready to dance live. irene gave a thumbs up, and the girls danced despite the tight space.

"thank you for having us! i hope you all have a good rest of your night!" irene said as the girls waved bye to the camera and hugged mari bye. irene received mari's contact info after reconnecting today and the girls headed to the van around 10:00 pm.

"we should go to radio shows more often." hana said as she put on her seatbelt as the girls nodded tiredly and shut the door.

"you girls should get some rest, it'll take us around an hour to get back to the dorms. they closed the original streets that i used to get us here, so we need to take a detour. sorry." manager-nim said as he drove out of the parking lot and bowing slightly in guilt that the girls had a long schedule of filming and meetings.

"it's fine. thank you" irene said as she leaned her head against the window hoping she could get even a little sleep knowing they had a schedule still for tomorrow. and with that the girls soon fell asleep with no negative thoughts in their mind, but instead a sense of relief from the deep talks they had on the radio.
