third person:

"we're here girls. try to get some rest. sorry for the long schedule." manager-nim announced as he turned back to see the exhausted girls stirring up. the girls nodded along in agreement acknowledging his comment. they quickly opened the door and walked into the building hoping they could get the well-needed sleep they so righteously deserved. they tippy-toed as they quietly entered the boys dorm. they did it out of habit, because sometimes people outside of SM would enter the building, and it would be dangerous for them to find out the girls live with the boys.

"thank god, we told sooman to tighten the security here considering we dorm in an all-boy dormitory." irene forced out whispered as she looked across the empty dark halls.

"facts, but we should still be weary. you never know." hana said as she grabbed her phone out of her zip-up jacket to see the bright screen. the young girl squinted her eyes from the bright screen as it illuminated, 12:00am. she remembered about their schedule the upcoming days of brainstorming for the next comeback with staff. her youthful mind ran millions of ideas per second as they entered the dorm to see the boys in the living room sleeping all over the furniture.

"why didn't you guys sleep in your rooms?" soyeon said bringing up her volume as the girls took off their shoes and heels. the boys jolted up one by one after hearing her voice.

"oh hi." taeyong said as he rubbed his eyes tiredly and fixed his loose shirt.

"back to the question, why are you guys up? you guys should be sleeping in your rooms." yeri asked as girls lazily sat on the couch with the boys untying their hair and ripping off their false lashes.

"we were gonna brainstorm ideas with you guys for what you guys wanna do your comeback on. we already had ours, so we wanted to help out but we fell asleep waiting for you guys to come home." yuta said getting up and heading to the kitchen to grab cold water bottles from the fridge.

"thanks yuta." hana said giving a big thumbs up not noticing the sleeves covering it. the boys looked at her confusingly as all they saw was her arm being held up. hana finally noticed and pulled the sleeve to reveal what she was trying to originally show. yuta smiled at her and sat back to where he was.

"aw who would've thought we had to capabilities to make you nine kiddos wait for us" irene jokingly said as she pulled makeup wipes from her bag and handed some to each girl. the boys sat as they watched the girls unwind and comfortably relax from their long day.

"they really should stop making us wear heels so often." yeri said noticing, the blisters and bandaids that had be on their feet while wearing such narrow and uncomfortable heels. the boys glanced as the girls tried to hide their feet, embarrassed of the bandaids and blisters.

"it is what it is." soyeon said as she kept wiping the makeup slowly from her face.

"taeil-oppa did i take it all off?" soyeon asked since he was right in front of her. taeil looked at her as she curiously waited for an answer.

"soyeon, wipe your eyes a little more, i think you still have mascara on." taeil said as he pushed away hair that got in his eyes. she nodded quietly, as she handed taeil her phone so that he could hold it for her as a mirror.

"do we have ice packs in the fridge?" hana asked the boy next to her, doyoung.

"yeah, in the freezer i believe." doyoung said to the youngest girl as he held out his hand assisting her and holding her dirty makeup wipes.

"oh okay, hold this for a sec." hana replied as she forced her lazy body up and bit her lip in annoyance.

"those heels are cute, but feel like shit." she murmured to herself as she tried to make her walk seem normal in case the boys were watching. she finally made it to the kitchen where she didn't noticed she was holding in her breath. opening the freezer, she only found three ice packs. she hurriedly grabbed it hoping she could make it back to the couch without the pain being seen.

"here." hana said standing and handing one to each of the girls.

"what about y-" doyoung said as hana pinched his leg signaling him to stop. she grabbed the clean makeup wipe from his hand and went back to wiping the remaining makeup.

"it's fine. unnies should always go first." hana said quietly to doyoung as he just nodded, acting as if he didn't notice her feet was bandaged and covered the most. the boys continued to help the girls by doing various different things: turning on the tv for the girls to watch, grabbing some snacks for them to eat, holding the ice packs on their feet, throwing away their trash, and giving them blankets. they stayed up and talked until around 1:30 am and decided they should head back to bed and they can talk about ideas another time.

"you girls can go first, we'll clean stuff up." jaehyun said grabbing the trash and blankets from the girls' grasps.

"thank you. goodnight guys." hana said as the girls headed in their respective rooms and began to get ready for sleep. hana changed into the first shirt and pair of leggings she laid her eyes on. she ended up having a short black tank with some dark purple leggings. right before she left the bathroom, she brushed her teeth and tied her hair into a messy bun to get it out of her face. hana began searching mark's room to see if he had bandaids to put on her feet. with each step she felt that she could finally express how overworked her feet felt. not noticing the door open and someone entering.

"is this what you're looking for?" mark said lowly as he saw hana searching the drawers of his desk. hana swore to herself quietly knowing she got caught. she turned around noticing mark's hand holding medicine for her foot and bandaids in the his other hand.

"uh no? my feet are fine. thank you though." hana said trying to avoid mark's watchful eyes. he watched as she plugged in her phone to the charger and sat on their bed.

"you're a bad liar." mark commented as he looked at the girl trying to hide her injured feet under the blankets. he sat at her end of the bed, and pulled the blanket off to see her red feet.

"it's fine mark. it's nothing much." hana said trying to cover her feet in embarrassment.

"just stay there hana." mark softly demanded in hopes of just trying to help the poor girl. hana willingly gave in as he put her feet on his lap and began to put the medicine on her blisters. she watched as he intently pushed his hair back and pushed his glasses back up as he focused on putting the decorated bandaids on her feet.

"if you're hurt, you should be honest. someone could help you." mark said as he placed her feet gently back under the blankets. he got up and threw the trash away before turning off the light and sitting on the bed beside her. mark felt the need to express his thoughts as they sat in the dark silently.

"i know, i just don't want to burden anyone. especially you." hana voiced out as she played with her fingers unwilling to look at mark staring at her.

"you would never be a burden, especially to me." mark delicately said tiredly in response to hana. he grabbed her hand gently as the sat in comfortable silence, enjoying one another's company.
