How do you break a Jedi?

That's a tough question.

Ahsoka herself could not answer it.

But still.

The days of waiting made her crazy. She still couldn't see anything. The pain hadn't gone away either.

Lou and her hadn't left this room in days.

No food. No drinking. No freedom. According to Lou, no light either.

All this would have been bearable, but Lou needed water.

Ahsoka didn't know what species Lou was, she still didn't even know the gender, but from the dry skin and scratchy voice, she could tell that this person needed water.

Ahsoka herself was more resilient. If she had to, she would go without water for even longer.

Not that the lack of it didn't affect her.

Just when she could barely feel Lou's signature, someone opened the door and put something inside.

Ahsoka grapped for it and almost tipped the precious water over. Fortunately, only almost.

She felt two drops of the liquid on her skin and had trouble not drinking it.

Instead, she crawled to Lou's and gave it to the teenager.

There was no reaction at first, but when Ahsoka heard a scratchy "thank you," she leaned against the wall in relief.

"Is it okay now?" she asked cautiously.

"Yes, he often does that." At least they got enough to drink from then on.

And a few days later, the guy who brought Ahsoka here stood in the doorway.

She couldn't see him, she was still blind, but his signature was unmistakable.

"Slimo," she called him.

But they both knew she had begun to crack.

Even though she herself did not know how or when.

Still, she still had her fighting spirit.

And she did not give up that easily.

Unfortunately, the man seemed to have thought again.

Instead of putting an electric collar on Ahsoka, he put one on Lou.

This posed a bigger problem for the young Togruta than if she would have gotten it.

Because if it was someone else who had to pay the price for her actions, she was not so frivolous with escape attempts.

Lou, on the other hand, didn't think so. "On the count of three, we run," Ahsoka heard from where the signature was Lou's.

Lou counted to three and ran.

But Ahsoka stayed.

Only when Lou was safe would she run.

But the escape didn't go far. Five minutes later, Lou was sitting in the room again.

"Tz tz tz tz, what was that all about? What am I supposed to do with you now? I know how little you care if I hurt you." His eyes waved over to Ahsoka. She felt it. She felt his cold, calculating look as if she could see him.

"Then again. your roommate would want you not to get it." he was right again.

Both would take the punishment without hesitation to protect the other.

"What are we gonna do? I think I know. You decide who"
