For 0rozmarzona08 , to cheer her up.

Anakin had carried Ahsoka back and placed her gently on the co-pilot's chair.

Then he carefully poured water into her mouth.

She must have been in the blazing heat of the desert for so long, no way she wan't dehydrated.

Obi-wan and Rex had been standing next to her worriedly while Lou watched from further back and didn't dare to pass them.

At least Ahsoka was safe. She thought to herself. The girl she owed everything.

"Here" said one of the men, the one wearing white armor, and handed Lou some water as well.

She smiled gratefully and accepted. It was water! Probably the most precious thing there was in the desert.

She drank first one sip, then two, and then she threw the rest down with one sip.

She had intended to drink it slowly, but it was water!

"You must be very thirsty. Would you like some more?"

She nodded like crazy. The man smiled and gave her some more.

"My name is Rex. And you?" he asked

"I don't think she's talking," it came from Anakin. "She's been quiet all the time"

Lou nodded. She was of Anakin's opinion that she would not talk to them.

A soft moaning came from Ahsoka and her eyelids fluttered slightly.

Immediately, all attention was focused on her.

"Ahsoka? Snips come wake up," Anakin whispered and stroked gently over her lekku.

Ahsoka's eyes opened briefly but closed again immediately.

She was pale. Pale like a corpse. Her breath was shallow and she muttered a name softly.

"SkyGuy"

Anakin almost had tears in his eyes when he heard that.

"I am here Snips. I'm here."

But Ahsoka stopped moving again. Her eyelids remained closed, and she did not even flinch. Anakin lowered his head.

"Don't worry, general. The little one will pull through. She always does. Besides, when she runs away it shows that not all is lost. She fights. Like always"

Anakin shook his head. "You don't understand Rex! You do not understand! She tried to kill herself!" he yelled.

Immediately Rex was silent and stared at Anakin in horror. Obi-wan too.

"What?" both asked. Anakin pointed to Ahsoka's bleeding forearm. Obi-wan knelt beside it. "We have no more bandages. Captain, how much longer is the resolute going to take?"

Rex looked at his HUV. "Another half hour," the clone replied.

"All right, we'll fly up. Is she coming with us?" Obi-wan asked and pointed to Lou.

"Would you like to come along?" Anakin asked, feeling as if he owed Lou something. After all she had watched out for his snips.

Lou nodded and smiled slightly.

Anakin sat down on the pilot seat and closed the ramp. Then he started the engine and crossed his fingers that it worked now.

Everyone would have liked to give a sigh of relief when the ship rose into the atmosphere.

"Let's go home now," Rex murmured and put one hand on the shoulder of his injured sister.

"No one will ever hurt you again, little one. I will see to that. Just like the rest of the boys. Skywalker included," he said and looked at her worried.
