"Do you ever had a crush on me, Zy?" I asked him.

"No."

He answered, one word but it made me hard to breath. Parabg may kung anong bumara sa lalamunan ko kaya kaagad ko iyong nilunok. I diverted my gaze from him, reflecting what just he answered me.

"You don't ever liked me... but you can't even stare at my eyes directly." I murmured but enough for him to hear.

"Just stop your feelings for me, I can't like you back." Sabi nito sa akin pero umiling ako.

"Walang mawawala kung ita-try mo. Whenever I'm asking you if you like me back, you always change the topic and you can't even look at my eyes. How could it be like that, Zy?" I said it while smiling sarcastically.

"The friendship we had," he said and almost whisper the word friendship. "That will be the consequences when we ended up together. Sa tingin mo ba magkakaroon pa tayo ng closure kapag nag-break tayo?" Mariing salita niya.

So he liked me? Wala siyang sinasabi sa akin pero ramdam ko rin naman 'yon o sadyang feelingera lang ako minsan. But urgh! I just have a feeling that he liked me back!

"You're afraid that our friendship will be ruin after a breakup?" tanong ko sa kaniya and this time I faced him to see his reaction.

And the usual Gyzylie I know will have the expressionless look towards me. Kung ganoon naman palang nag-aalala siya sa kakahuntangan ng relasyon namin kapag nag-break up kami, bakit hindi niya sinubukan?

Why don't he try and just break up with his girlfriend. I'm not that desperate if you think, I'm just being practical here. Iniisip kasi niya ang future naming dalawa, but why don't he just focus on the present. After all, I really like him back then. "Bakit sa tingin mo ba papayag ako na mag-break tayong dalawa?" Tanong ko sa kaniya pero umiling-iling lang ito.

"Just... just don't.. I can't lose you, Chin. I can't lose our friendship we had if ever I like you back and we ended up in girlfriend and boyfriend relationship. Ayaw kong mapahamak ka," wika nito pero hindi ko na narinig ang huling sinabi nito dahil pinahina niya iyon sabay sa paglakas ng sound system na nasa loob. Naging tahimik mai ilang segundo pero siya na rin ang bumasag no'n.

"Just have fun with them, I have my own girlfriend so find yours too." Sabi nito saka ako tinalikuran at pumasok sa loob para kumuha muli ng alak.

How can he don't like me when I have those girls personality that other boys dreaming? Tsk.

Humarap muli ako sa labas ng terrace. Sinandal ko ang aking mga siko sa railings at tumingala sa langit na maaliwalas. Kitang kita ang buwan na maliwanag at ang mga bituin na maningning. Mga ilang minuto akong ganoon habang iniisip ang magiging buhay ko pakatapos ng pagsasaya ko ngayon.
