Vacation
SHE woke up at the guest room where she choose to sleep last night. She can feel her heart getting heavy as she think about lewis and his girlfriend.
She wonder about what they're doing inside the room only the two of them but she shouldn't be bothered they're in a relationship so whatever nasty things they might do is okay.
Ngunit hindi na muna sya nag-isip pa ng kung ano ang mahalaga ngayon ay si lewis. Anong oras na rin ng makatulog sya kagabi dala ng labis na pag-iisip kay lewis. She want to see Lewis. She wants to look after him nais nya itong alagaan but she can't because his girlfriend forbid her from getting near him.
She just wore a simple oversized shirt and a short before going downstairs to eat because she don't want to starve herself. It's not only her. There's already her baby inside her womb.
Matapos syang kumain ay palihim syang nagtungo sa kwarto nila ni lewis kung nasaan ito ngayon. Ng makita nyang walang tao ay agad syang napangiti.
She secretly sneak inside bago ito marahang isinara ngunit halos mapatalon sya sa gulat ng bigla itong nagsalita.
"How's your sleep?Why didn't you sleep beside me?"Halos mag-isang linya ang kilay na tanong nito sakanya.
"Akala ko natutulog ka.."Mahina nyang sabi. Enough for him to hear.
"Well... You see, I'm not."tinapik nito ang higaan agad naman syang naupo roon while he possessively snaked his hands around her small waist. Hindi pa halata na buntis sya kayat nananatili parin ang kaliitan ng bewang nya.
"Why?Teka natulog ka ba manlang?"Masama ang tingin nyang tanong rito dahil may kutob syang magdamag itong nanatiling gising.
"I didn't."
"Bakit nga?"
"Waiting for you. That's why."He then shrugged his shoulder but groan right after he did shrugged his shoulder. Paano e may tama nga ito doon. Halata iyon dahil sa may nakabalot ditong tela na syang tumatakip sa sugat nito.
"Magdamag? Tsaka bakit mo ba kasi ako hinihintay?"Masungit nyang tanong rito.
Napaka tibay talaga ng lalaking ito. Kahit ka-oopera lamang ay gising na agad. Parang wala lang dito ang mga iyon. Napaka tibay nga talaga ng katawan. Indeed.
"Because you didn't sleep beside me last night.. I'm not used to it."Napaiwas naman sya ng tingin dito.
Kung ganon ay dapat na itong masanay dahil may girlfriend ito na syang dapat nitong katabi at hindi sya.
Nanatili syang tahimik dahil doon ngunit agad napatingin kay lewis ng makita itong umupo sa tabi nya masama nya itong tinignan.
"Bakit ka bumangon? You're injured!"
"Don't worry little girl i can handle."He put his hands upon her womb before grinning from ear to ear.
"I feel like I'm the most luckiest man alive. Oh god what did i do to deserve this? You made me happy little girl so damn happy."A little tear comes out from his right eyes which resembles happiness.
"I'm happy too"Nakangiti nyang sabi rito bago hinawakan ang kamay nito na nakapatong sa tiyan nya. The sight lf him crying out of happiness like that makes her want to hug him but she stop herself.
"I guess i already gave you a good reason so that you won't try to run away from me again."Hindi nya maiwasang magtaka sa sinabi nito... Napaka possessive naman nito pero okay lang sana kung wala itong girlfriend.
Pero sinadya ba talaga nito iyon? Na magbunga ang mga ginawa nila noon?
He continue touching her womb as if he's feeling their baby.
"Come on kiddo, let daddy touch you a little."Malaki ang ngiti nito ng kapain ang tiyan nya. His smile look so proud.
"What should we name him?"Tanong nito habang seryoso sa pakikipag-usap sa anak nila na nasa sinapupunan nya na para namang sasagutin ito.
"Him?"Nagtataka nyang tanong rito.
"Yeah, i have this feeling that it's a boy."Confident nitong sagot.
"How do you say so?"
"I'm a man little girl i guess that reason is enough."He simply said as if it can answer all of her questions napailing nalamang sya.
He lay down but in a different position. Now his head is resting on her lap while she's combing his soft hair with her own fingers making him close his eyes.
Alam nyang matatapos na din ang mga sandali nila na kagaya nito dahil may girlfriend ito kaya sinusulit nya na lamang.
So this made her a mistress now? It hurts her ego and pride as a woman but it's only this moment. Just this one moment.
"Can we just stay like this forever? No other men, No misunderstanding and no more problems.. Just me and you together with our child?"Lewis asked all of the sudden.
Of course she want to, but she know she can't. How she wish those things to happen for real.
Suddenly, the door harshly opened showing the mad girlfriend of lewis who's now throwing a death stare at her. She's even gritting her teeth as she looks at them.
"Why are you here again!? You slut!And what is the meaning of this Zest!?"Parang wala namang pakialam na tumayo si lewis bago inip na tumingin dito. M
asama ang tingin ng babae sakanya dahilan upang mapayuko sya
"Don't ask the obvious. Shut up and don't you dare talk to her like that ever again or I'll kill you."Delikado nitong sabi.
"Get out of here maxine NOW!"He seem as if he just lost his patience. Para namang nahintakutan ang girlfriend nito na nag-ngangalan Maxine.
Maluha-luha itong lumabas ngunit bago iyon ay lumingon muna sakanya bago sya binigyan ng nagbabantang tingin, dahilan upang kabahan sya. Hindi lamang para sa sarili kung hindi maging sa anak at ina hindi naman siguro magagawa ni Maxine ang mga naiisip nya diba?
Nanatiling tahimik silang dalawa ng sila na lamang ang natira ng bigla itong magsalita.
"Do you want to go on a vacation with me little girl?"
"Why not ask maxine instead?"Oh Gosh.. She didn't mean to voice that out. Sa isip nya lang sana iyon..
"Why should I ask maxine instead?Just tell me if you don't want to."Malamig nitong sabi dahilan upang mapayuko sya hindi kasi sya nag-iisip dala marahil ng Distraksyon mula sa pagsugod sakanya kanina ni maxine ngunit naiintindihan nya naman ito alam nyang nakakasakit sya.. But she just love lewis so much. Enough to make her be so selfish.
"So are you going or not?"Seryoso nitong tanong ngunit hindi parin nawawala roon ang kalamigan niyon kaya napayuko nalamang sya upang maitago ang nagbabadya nyang mga luha.
"I've made up my mind I'm going with you."She tried her best to avoid sobbing but she can't. Instantly, his eyes that hold coldness just a while ago is now looking at her with concern.
He pulled her into a hug dahilan upang doon na sya mapahagulgol sa matigas nitong dibdib.
"Hey why is my little girl crying? Shh don't cry alright? Is it about the vacation?We can delay it if you don't want to go now or I'll just take you somewhere just please.. don't cry."He gently asked making her stop from crying of course it's not about that she's more than willing to go on a vacation with him. She love to be with him.
Maybe it's how it is to be pregnant.. She's becoming more and more emotional than before. Ayaw nya ring nagagalit ito.
"It's not about that.. you seem so mad just a minute ago i don't want you being mad with me."Napapasinghot-singhot nya pang sabi rito nakita nya naman itong napangiti bago sya hinalikan sa noo.
"Don't mind that. I was just upset because i feel like you're pushing me to maxine and i don't like that."He seriously said nagtataka man ay hindi na sya nagtanong pa at baka magkamali nanaman sya at magalit pa ito.
But she really is wondering if why he doesn't like it when she's pushing him to Maxine. Isn't she his girlfriend?
Bakit din ba ganoon nito kung itrato si maxine?Hindi ba nito gusto ang babae?Why did he let her to be his girlfriend then?
