The next day came by. Early in the morning, Reaper seemed to have woken up from his slumber. Next to him, slept Geno, quietly snoring, cuddling close to his body. Reaper smiled softly before leaning close to Geno, kissing them sweetly.

"Geno..." he whispered to wake them up. Geno was unresponsive before Reaper started to shake them away. Geno groaned a little at him. "Hmmm?" he slightly opened his eye. "Wake up," Reaper told him. Geno rubbed his sockets. "Wha- Why?" he grumbled tiredly

"Well...I want to show you a very important place of mine..." Reaper looked to the side. Geno slightly rose a brow. "...Alright, I'm getting up," Geno sat up as Reaper got up from bed and awaited for Geno.

Once Geno was up, Reaper opened a portal to a familiar place. It was filled with trees and grass. It seemed to be spring. Geno looked around, "Where are we?" Geno hummed. "You'll see!" Reaper took his hand and walked with him.

Reaper remembered this place. He remembered how he got here, he remembered all the memories. They soon came up to an abandoned clearing. There was a cave, a few sticks scattered around and scratch marks that nature is still trying to heal

"I used to live here! For 4 years," Reaper turned to Geno, "Did you know that?" Reaper turned to Geno. Geno looked around, a bit confused. "You lived in this area in the woods, all by yourself?" Geno asked.

Reaper chuckled, "No, of course not...it may sound a bit cliche but...a big pack of wolves took me in...probably just to use me for a source of food, but I was still grateful to be accepted," Reaper smiled

"I see...so you like wolves?" Geno asked. Reaper nodded, "They're my...second favorite animal, I still like elegant deers the most-" Reaper smiled

"There was this certain wolf, a black one with a beautiful blue eye...I considered him my guardian...and I'm certain he considered me as his child, or pup," Reaper chuckled

"Well...where are they?" Geno asked him. Reaper went silent. Geno could tell he asked a sensitive question. "Y-You don't have to tell me! I understand if your not-"

"I'm not sure exactly what happened-..." Reaper started, "But I'm sure a few hunters nearby found their territory and decided to try to kill them for their fur...of course, I was already an adult and have already met you by then...but when I did come back here...my guardian was shot..." Reaper had a few tears in his eyes

Geno walked over to Reaper's side and held his hand. "I see..." Geno looked down. "I couldn't do anything to help...I was only there to comfort him in his last dying moments...I'm sure he was happy when I was able to pet him for the first time..." Reaper tried to gather himself.

"I'm sure he was happy Reaper," Geno hugged Reaper from his side, Reaper accepted his hug. "I wish I was able to pet him more...or at least spent more time with him," Reaper nuzzled his face into Geno's neck

Geno smiled, "I'm sure he would enjoy that too," Geno chuckled. There was a sudden rustling noise that made both Geno and Reaper jump a little. They looked over to the rustling noise till a paw approached out.

It was a dark grey wolf with cyan marks on his eyes. Reaper and Geno froze as more wolves emerged, they looked more familiar as they came out.

On a darker grey, their ears, cheeks, and paws having a splotched yellow-orange color. Their eyes were yellow and blue.

Both those two wolves noticed Geno and Reaper pretty quickly. Take guard as they crouched, the others following along. "Reaper, what should we do?" Geno whispered to Reaper.

Reaper let Geno's hand go as Reaper slowly crept up to them. They growled in warning. "It's okay...it's okay...Do you not remember me?" Reaper said. "Do you know them?" Geno whispered yelled
