#CAC04
"Okay lang 'yan Lia," Sab said
Andito kami ngayon sa field ng school dahil break time. I talked to her about what happened a few hours ago and I can't help but to blame myself. Pinagpatuloy padin naman namin ang pagpresent sa bawat classroom yun nga lang ay hindi na bumalik si Mark so another classmate of mine took his place.
"Para namang may magagawa pa ako," I sighed heavily
"Another uneventful day for me," I added.
"Hey, cheer up. You did well naman kanina. Ang importante ay nakapagspeech ka padin."
I looked at her and shook my head. "Yeah but I'm not satisfied with what I did. The situation affected me and I didn't manage to do my best. I probably looked like stupid while presenting my speech."
After everything that happened, I decided to just read my speech. Baka kasi mapagalitan nanaman ako o kaya mapahiya ako. I had enough of it 'cause I also don't want to embarrass my section, especially my fellow class officers.
Though they already comforted me but that doesn't mean I'm okay. I still don't feel at ease. On the other note, I haven't seen Mark since the incident.
"I'm sorry Sab, if I'm being dramatic again. You're probably sick and tired of seeing me like this," I said and looked away.
"What are you talking about Lia? Of course not! Well, maybe sometimes...but remember what I said? I'll be here for you thru ups and downs.
I looked at her and smiled. "Thank you."
She smiled back and sighed. "Hays, kalimutan mo nayun. Just move on and look forward for tomorrow."
"Advance congratulations din. Win or loose, I'll still support you," she added.
I just rolled my eyes playfully and laughed.
I clicked my tongue and avoided her stare. "Advance ka din mag-isip eh."
"Wag kang mag-alala.
"Don't do that!
Gusto ka nila pramis!" she laughed.
But what I like about her is her positive attitude. She still supports me when I can't even believe in myself. What did I even do to deserve her? I guess I'm really lucky to have her.
"Charmaine, third year student." I simply said
I sighed and nodded. "Yeah, that's why I have no chance against her."
