Kinagabihan ay pumunta na ako sa kwarto upang magpahinga. Sinalampak ko ang sarili sa kama at niyakap ang unan.

I felt my phone vibrated on my pocket. Kinuha ko iyon sa bulsa at nakita ang mukha ni Ate sa caller I.D.

She was requesting a face time and I gladly answered her call.

"Hey!" I greeted

"Hi little sis! Did I disturb you?" she asked

Nakita kong nakapambahay na siya at mukhang nasa bahay lang.

"Hindi naman," I said. "Wala kang pasok?"

Umiling naman siya. "Day off so I wanted to check up on you. How are you?"

Bumangon ako at sumandal sa headboard ng kama. "I'm fine. Kakatapos lang magbake."

"Woah! Really? kinacareer mo na talaga 'yan ah," she teased

I chuckled. "Walang magawa sa bahay eh. I discovered a new hobby then," I answered

She gave me a small smile. "Well that's good atleast you're productive this vacation."

"By the way, how's UPCAT? Kwento ni Mama nagtake ka na daw," she asked

Umiwas ako ng tingin at bumuntong hininga. "Okay lang naman. I'm not that confident though if I'll pass."

"Hey! Masyado kang advance mag-isip. Wala pa nga yung results eh. Kailan daw ba?" she asked

Tumingin ulit ako sa camera at nakita kong tumayo siya at naglalakad. "Next year, around March."

"Magpapadala nalang ako ng pera pambayad dun sa dorm mo," she said still walking

I bit my lip and looked away. "What are you doing?' I asked after a few minutes of silence

Nakita kong biglang dumilim ang camera. "Oh sorry! My phone almost fell. What were you saying?"

"Saan ka pala nakatira? It looks like an apartment or something."

Nilapit ko ang phone ko upang makita lalo ang background niya.

"Uh yes. I rented an apartment. A bit pricey but it's convenient. There's a grocery near by so walking distance lang siya. And also if I'm tired from work, hindi na ako lalayo para bumili ng mga kailangan," she replied

"That's nice. I want to see your place!" I said enthusiastically

I heard her laugh. "Okay I'm going to give you a quick tour to my mini apartment."

Nag-iba ang anggulo ng camera. I looked around and saw a few furnitures. "Here's the sofa, and right across is the kitchen. Maliit lang siya so don't expect too much."

"Ang cute!" I said

"And here, there's a small room. Dito ako natutulog, kita mo ba?" tanong niya

I nodded even though she can't even see me. "Yes."

Napansin kong hindi gaanong maganda ang apartment at puro puti ang pader. There's a few frames and bunch of things hanging on the wall. I also saw some plants which I think makes the room more alive. 

"May cr nadin sa kwarto. Of course, I don't need to show that to you. There's just a toilet bowl and a shower there, nothing special I suppose."

Lumabas naman siya ng kwarto at sinara ang pinto. Nakita kong papunta naman siya ngayon sa kicthen. 

"Well that's just about it. Only took me five minutes to show you my apartment. Here's the overview," she said

Pinakita niya sa'kin ang kabuuan ng apartment. Halos magkakalapit lang ang mga kwarto. Maliit lang ang kitchen at may isang sofa lang sa living room at center table. It still looks nice though.
