Jess's pov.

We all are in the living room, engulfed in perfect silence. Jem was sitting on the arm chair, Joy was sitting near his leg placing her head on his knee, Jazz and Jase were sitting on the two seater sofa, Jule was sitting beside me with his hand wrapped my shoulder and my two brothers I didn't know even existed were leaning on the wall.

"Why didn't you tell us." Sal asked in a quiet voice, breaking the silence. "It was a surprise." Jem said. "Pleasant." Sal replied with a small smile. "Well why didn't you tell me." I asked sitting upright, folding my arms. "It was surprise." Jase said this time in the same tone as Jem's. "Lovely." I said, thick sarcasm laced my voice.

"Language." Enzo barked in a dark voice. "There's nothing wrong my language. You'll know if you are aware of clean English, something you are not." I replied in a tone almost as dark as his. "Watch your tone." He snapped to which I rolled my eyes and leaned my head on Jule's chest. "You're such an attention seeking bitch." He said in a quiet annoying voice, but nothing escaped my ears.

"Well I know who I get it from." I replied in a threateningly calm voice, lifting voice. "I can't believe you are my sister." He snapped. "Well that's something we can agree on." I said standing up and crossed my arms.

"You love to create a  fuss, don't you?" Enzo said and walked towards me. "Do I really need to remind you're the one who started this." I stated angrily. I'm so pissed right now, what the hell is his problem. "No, I have senses." He barked back; I can feel him burning with anger.

"Well then use it." My voice thundered with anger, something I had never done in my entire life. My baleful voice echoed through the hall, I was shaken by it myself. "How dare you use that tone on me." Enzo snarled through gritted teeth. His jaw was clenched tightly, and he took long strides towards me and raised his hand to slap.

I was shaken inside by his act, he is my brother after all, isn't he. But on the outside I stood like a rock, not flinching one bit, instead I stepped forward. "What are you going to do, slap me, punch me." I said in a low menacing voice, wow Jess, where are you getting your confidence today. There was something in his eyes, it isn't fear, it is more like hurt and shame, before I could figure it out, be covered them up with anger. "Lower your hand down, Lorenzo." Jem's stern voice spoke, and Enzo did as he was told.

I turned to see all my siblings standing with dark eyes. "Both of you my office now." Jem said, "Jazz you too." He added and left the room. Both Enzo and I didn't move an inch and had a staring contest. "Come on, you don't want to make Jem angry." Jazz interrupted and wrapped her hand around shoulder and another on Enzo's shoulder and lead us to Jem's office.

We entered without knocking because Jazz said it was not necessary. Jem was sitting on his usual spot, sipping his coffee. "Sit" Jem ordered. I sat on one of the black couches and Enzo sat on the other, Jazz stood beside Jem.

I must say they looked so much like each other; well they are twins after all. Stop thinking about non-scene, you are in serious trouble, I said to myself. "What you both back there was very shameful. What were you both thinking?" Jem's said in a low threatening voice, I rather take a thousand yelling than that. I suddenly found the floor titles.

"Answer me." He said a little louder. "I don't like to be addressed in a way I am not." I said somehow finding confidence to meet his eyes. "Well then you say that in a polite manner, I expected more from you." He said and the last sentence really made me fell ashamed.

"I was clouded by anger. I'm sorry Jem." I said softly looking down. "I'm not the one you have to apologize, Tesoro." Jem said a bit more calmingly. My eyes alarmingly raised; I have way too much self-respect for that. Before I could protest Jem gave me a look which made me do otherwise.
