Chapter 12: November 28, 2014

“Angel Richards!” I heard Logan shout from a distance. I was with the girls at the bleachers because we were waiting and watching the boys’ training in football. And by football i meant soccer but we all know its actually called football. technically not all of the lads because Charlie was in the band and he was on the other side of the field. we were gonna hang out and get some pizza after. we turned to Logan who was jogging towards us. 

“Uh, yes?” I raised an eyebrow. He stared straight into my eyes as if he was studying me 

“Did you say anything to Dave?” he asked. What the hell is he going on about? “What?” Logan huffed in annoyance and simply said “Movies” I tilted my head in confusion. “Movies? what are you... oh.” I stopped realizing what he was implying. “No! I didn't say anything to anyone, I swear!” I exclaimed. He looked at me with furrowed eyebrows “Then how the hell did Dave know?” he exclaimed back at me, making me raise my hands in surrender.

“What in the world are you guys talking about?” Jana asked us. “nothing,” we both said at the same time. “Look, all I know is that I didn't tell anyone. you better ask Dave how he knew about it because I’m sure I didn't say a word. unless you suddenly blurted something without even realizing it.” I told him. he pinched the bridge of his nose then shook his head. 

“God, I’m gonna kill that idiot if he says a word” he muttered before jogging back to his team. 

“What was that about?” Ellie asked me. I sighed “It's nothing.” the three of them looked at each other then turned to me “Spill, Richards,” Claire said firmly. I shrugged “Guys its nothing. besides, Logan will kill me if I tell you,” I told them. 

Honestly, I don't want to tell them how I gave Logan a boner just to tease him. It’s not one of our brightest moments. I mean I only did it to embarrass him and it did, and I don't want to push it even further. “He was very upset and the fact that you knew about it and not us meant that there's definitely something” Jana stated as the other two agree 

“Besides, you two have been spending so much time with each other lately. Are you sure nothing is going on between you two?” Claire asked, causing me to groan. “We already told you guys! Me and Logan are just friends. nothing else.” I told them, raising my voice a little. “But you want more right?” Ellie said. I glanced at her in confusion “What?”

“You don't want to be just friends, right?” she asked. 

shit. Was it that obvious? 

“I have no idea what you’re talking about” I lied causing them to roll their eyes “don't lie to us, Angel, we could tell that you like Logan,” Jana said. my eyes widened “He’s my friend, of course, I like him” I exclaimed. “Angel, you don't need to hide it from us. we could tell” Claire assured me. I sighed then hid my face in my hands 

“I don't know what to do!” I told them. I felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked up and faced Jana “Babe it's completely normal. I mean, I kinda had a feeling you would like him once you decided to give him a chance to your friend. it's bound to happen,” she said while Ellie and Claire nodded. “Yeah, besides, he likes you too,” Claire said, shrugging and smiling at me. “No, he doesn't,” I contradicted. Ellie laughed 

“Girl, do you see the way he looks at you? and the way he kisses your cheek? he likes you!” she exclaimed. “but, he does it to you guys too!” I protested. I'm sure it was just his way of showing his affection towards his friends. 

“Not as much as he does to you. Look, Angel, I know Logan. he doesn't normally act like that. but when you came to his life, it's like he was a completely different person. and trust me, it's a good thing. because he doesn't even act like that when he was still a playboy. Have you seen him lately? He's happy. and that's because of you.” Claire told me.
