It's been a couple of weeks since we started rehearsing. We only have 2 weeks left before the show. The six of us have been working very hard. Especially, Chris and Logan, they have been working nonstop. one time Logan almost fainted. good thing we were already at my house. He was drained and it made me worry a lot. He stayed the night and he was passed out the whole time. Right now, we were waiting for the boys. We watched them run around the field, kicking the ball. I stared at Logan and he was focused. He had sweat dripping off all over his body. He had his eyebrows furrowed as he jogged backward.

I stared at him for a while, but then when he tried to steal the ball, he tripped and fell on the ground. I shot up and stood in my seat looking him clutch his ankle. The boys surrounded him while I walked towards them. They helped him to get up and walk to the benches. I reached them and wrapped my arm around his waist as he put his arm around my shoulder. I and Marc guided him

"What happened?" I asked them. "Castillo tried to block him from stealing but as you can tell, it didn't go well," his coach told me. We sat him on the bench with his coach giving him some ice. I looked at him worriedly. He groaned in pain. "I think I sprained my ankle," he said, icing his ankle. "You okay, love?" I asked, crossing my arms.

"I'm fine, babe. just a little sprain is all" he assured me. Marc patted me on the back causing me to glance at him, giving him a small smile. "Okay, training for you is over, rest that ankle ok? and if the swelling and pain are too much to handle, go see a doctor immediately" Coach instructed him. Logan nodded looking sad.

A guy came jogging to us looking terrified. "I'm so sorry, Logan, I didn't mean to hurt you," he said with worry in his eyes. Logan shook his head "Its fine, Castillo, I'm fine" he told him. Castillo looked at me "I'm so sorry Angel" he scaredly said. I looked at him weirdly "Why are you apologizing to me?" I asked him, laughing a little. "Well, because.. he's your.." he stuttered, making me chuckle.

"It's okay, hun. it was an accident. it happens" I told him. he nodded then shot Logan an apologetic smile before leaving. "Okay, I think it's time for you to go home," I said to logan. He sighed as he packed his things. He bid goodbye to his teammates and coach. I helped him up. "Can you walk?" I asked him. "I can try," he muttered. I once again wrapped an arm around his waist and guided him towards the exit. We said goodbye to our friends and told us to be careful.

We reached his motorcycle. "Okay, I'm driving," I said. Logan looked at me worriedly. "you sure? the last time I let you drive, we almost got in an accident" he stated raising an eyebrow. I rolled my eyes.

it was technically true. Logan decided to teach me how to drive a motorcycle. and I did great in the lessons, but when it came to the real thing, I lost all the lessons we had. we went too fast and I pushed on the brake too fast and too soon so we jolted to stop causing us to almost fall onto the concrete ground.

"Yeah, well then how in the world are we gonna get you home? Ellie already went home, and the rest wouldn't be going for another hour and I'm sure you're desperate to go home and rest because you've been too tired lately" I told him. He opened his mouth but nothing came out. He closed his mouth and sighed. "fine, but be careful! I don't want to die this young" he sternly said

I grinned and helped him get on the bike. I started the engine and suddenly we went forward but quickly stopped. "Dear God, save my soul" he muttered. I elbowed his gut causing him to grunt. "Ow, dude what the hell" he exclaimed. "Next time it's your jewels" I warned him. we went off and thankfully we reached his house safely. At first, he was holding on to me tightly but once he noticed that we've been going smoothly he loosened his grip. I parked the motorcycle in front of his house.

"What was that about dying early?" I asked him, mocking him like the first time we went for a ride. I got off and saw him roll his eyes. He grinned "You did that on purpose" he played along. I laughed and helped him get off and walk toward his front door. I knocked and it opened showing a middle-aged woman. I smiled at her and greeted her. "Hello dear. What happened to you?" she asked her son, noticing his limp as we went inside.

"Hey there Logan, hi Angel" his dad greeted us. I met his parents last week and I've got to say, I'm glad it wasn't awkward. We had a little dinner and it was delicious. "What happened?" he asked us as I helped Logan sit down on the couch. "I sprained my ankle. Tried to steal the ball but got blocked, hence the result" he explained to his parents. I stood up and got him some ice. I closed the fridge's door and walked towards their living room. I stopped at the door when I heard them talking.

"Are you sure you're not gonna go?" his mum asked Logan. What in the world are they talking about? "You have to ask her, Logan, I mean it is your last year" I heard his dad tell him. I walked in "Ask who about what?" I asked as I sat down beside Logan. I gave him the ice and he bends down to ice his ankle. "Nothing," he said. I looked at him weirdly and glanced at his parents. they sheepishly smiled and went out of the room. I looked back at Logan and shot him a confused look.

"What was that about?" I asked him. He sighed. "It's nothing, I promise" he assured me by kissing my forehead. I gave him a small smile and nodded. "If you say so. I have to go, we're having dinner with some of dad's co-workers" I said, kissing his head while standing up. I went to the door and opened it when I heard him call. "Angel?" he called out. I faced towards his direction "Yes?" he smiled softly "I love you" he said, making me blush and smile at him. "I love you too," I said back before closing the door.

When I got home, I quickly changed my clothes for dinner. Dad told me that we were going to some fancy restaurant. The company where my dad works are having a big anniversary dinner. He worked as a general manager at a food products company. They invited the workers' families to the event. I chose a plain maroon sleeveless A-line dress. It hugged my small figure perfectly. I curled my hair into big waves and pinned one side, exposing my long dangling leaf earring.

The whole evening I was distracted. I can't help but think about what happened at Logan's house. what were they talking about? Ask who about what exactly? Is Logan hiding something from me? I know we were allowed to keep a thing or two from each other but I just have a bad feeling about this one. or I could be wrong. I don't know anymore. It seemed serious. I mean come on, his parents seem to be pushing him to do something that he didn't want to but I could see that he was considering it. What is it?

"You okay, honey?" I heard my mum ask me. I snapped out of my thoughts and looked at my worried parents. I sighed and forced myself to smile. "I'm fine. just a little tired from today is all '' I told them. I could tell that they didn't believe me but they just let it go. When we got back, I was drained. I didn't like the fact that I was just sitting down and not doing anything. I instantly laid down on my bed. I unlocked my phone and saw a message from Logan.

Logan: I just wanted to let you know that I'm feeling a little better. thanks to you ;)

Me: such a cheesy guy

Logan: yeah but you love it

Me: Wait until I tell the others about this

Logan: don't you dare, Richards. I've got a reputation to protect

Logan: Why do you have to be such a meany

Me: you love me for it anyway

Logan: I hate how you're always right. well, I gotta sleep, goodnight love. I love you

Me: I love you too :) goodnight!
