Chapter 21: That Awkward Moment

Daniel Pov:

It is just me and Em in the class everyone left, it is so awkward right. "Danny can I ask you something are you happy for me you know being Jax. I just look at her what she does she except me to say that I still love her. "Em am happy for you because Jax makes you happy which makes me happy to see you happy." She smiles at me and goes back to her work. I NEED HELP!

Diego Pov:

Am in lesson with Andi and Jax we are learning about Romeo and Juliet are star crossed lovers, am not focusing. Am daydreaming about Maddie,me and her are like Romeo and Juliet. Ursula aka Maddies mum doesn't like me, I care a lot for Maddie she means the world to me. "Diego will you read out Romeo part and Andi you read Juliet," shouted Mr Anderson. I look at Andi and clear my throat I could all eyes staring at me. "Romeo, Romeo where thou something I don't know," Andi said. "Miss Cruz why are you reading it wrong?" asked Mr Anderson. "Sir it is a stupid play about two people who fall in love by first sight and kill themselves as can't live without each other," Andi explained. Our teacher just look at her and said nothing, "do you all feel like that?" Everyone raises their hand, "fine your homework will be do a modern version of the play so what you want to happened so work in a group of three of four," Mr Anderson said. The whole class, so am probably going to work with Andi and Jax. It is awkward and pretty uncomfortable in class everyone is just staring at me and Diego, if looks could kill me and Andi would be dead on the floor right now.

Emma Pov:

I feel like the time have stopped, this lesson is so long but I don't mind as I have Danny. Every time he talks to me I just watch him. SNAP OUT OF IT EMMA YOU ARE DATING JAX. Do I still like Daniel? "Em you ok you seem distant," Daniel asks. I just smile at him and try to concrete on my work. Flashes of memories of me and him zooming away in my head from the first time I saw him to the time of our first date. I miss being with Daniel but am with Jax he is a great guy. The lesson finally ends me and Daniel both jump out of our seats, we bump into each other and I drop my papers. He crepted down and helped me both of our hands went on one sheet. We glaze in to each other eyes, I lean in what am doing?

Daniel Pov:

I think Em is about to kiss me I get up and grab my bag, pretend that moment didn't happen. "Em come on let's go to the canteen am going to text Diego and Andi to meet us." Em just smiles at me, I help her up and we leave. She is texting Jax to meet us, let's see how this plan out. MOST AWKWARD LESSON EVER!
