Carter's p.o.v

It's now Monday morning. I am at Scooter's house in Florida. I am with Lily.

I'm wearing a crop top, and black jeans. I am also wearing a SnapBack. I leaned on the counter and took a picture then posted it.

'@CarterCaylen: radio interviews today.😁💜'

I locked my phone and I picked Lily up and put her in her baby carrier and covered her up.

"I love you baby." I told her as I grabbed my purse. I put my phone in my purse.

Scooter, Lily and I left. We were on our way to the interview. When we got there, we were sat down.

I put my headphones on. "Hello everyone! We are here with Carter Caylen!" Rob said.

"Hello." I said.

"You are back at work after a tragedy and I don't know how you do it! You are so strong! How are you feeling?" Rob asked me.

"Yeah, you know it's been hard and it always will be. It hasn't been that long since Brenda passed. I am still hurt-- I'm hurting. I think we all grieve in different ways. Coming to work is my way of grieving." I said sighing.

"Yeah, but you're really strong. I admire that. I couldn't do it. So Brenda before she passed, signed legal custody so that you and Brad could have Lily as your child. You're not even 18! How is that going?" Rob asked.

"Ya know, it's difficult at times because I'm only 17, and having a baby is so difficult. Sometimes she cries nonstop, and it's difficult, but I promise Brenda I would take care of her baby. An that's what I'm doing. Every time I look at Lily, I see Brenda and it makes me happy. I love Lily more than anyone could ever know." I said smiling.

I just finished all my radio interviews for the day. I am at Scooter's house.

Lily is sleeping and I am on the couch on my phone & watching tv.

Scooter is in his office. Justin is here too. He's in the other living room.

I went to the kitchen and made myself a chicken sandwich and ate.

Justin came down and sat with me. "What's up?" He asked smiling.

"Nothin' just eating." I smiled. "How are you liking it here?" He asked me.

"It's so nice here! I love it. I wanna go to the beach. I don't think I have a day off though." I said.

"Yeah, let's go later today." He smiled. "Yeah, sure." I said smiling.

I spent most of the day resting. I am beyond sleepy. I haven't had any sleep at all.

I miss Brenda. That's why. I'm always thinking about her. About everything. The times I spent with her.

It sucks more than ever. I miss her. The only thing keeping me stronger than ever, is Lily.
