Miss Her.

Carter's p.o.v

I'm going to visit Carol and the kids at the orphanage today. I bought them clothes and shoes.

I also bought them books, notebooks, pencils, pens, and all that sort of stuff.

For the younger kids, I got toys. I smiled as I saw the familiar building in front of me.

I walked in, and was greeted by Carol. She wrapped her arms around me, making me drop everything I had in my arms.

"How I've missed you, baby." She said. "I've missed you too!" I said smiling.

Big Rob walked in with Lily in his arms. "Mommy." She said reaching out for me.

I grabbed her, and she smiled at Carol. "She's such a cutie." Carol told me.

"Big Rob, can you help me with the things?" I asked him. He helped me pick stuff up.

We handed things out to the kids, and they all were extremely happy.

It brought tears to my eyes. "Are you coming to my movie premiere?" I asked Carol as we sat down in the living room.

"Of course, wouldn't miss it for the world, baby girl." She smiled.

"Glad you're coming," I said as I pulled Lily on my lap. "I can't wait for you to see it."

I told her all about Frankie, and everything that's going on. "Wow," she said.

"That's overwhelming." She said. I stayed for a few more minutes before I had to go.

"I'll see you at the premiere." I said hugging her. "Alright, stay safe." She smiled.

I left and got in the car. I made sure she was safe. I then got in, and big Rob was in the passengers seat.

I smiled. I finally got to the house. "I'll be out here." Big rob said. I nodded as I got Lily out of the car.

I walked in the house, and saw that Kian was on the couch, while Trevor was asleep on the floor.

"Why is Trev on the floor?" I asked as I set my purse down on the table.

"I don't even know." Kian laughed. "I need to pack." I said. "I'll watch Miss Lily." Kian smiled.

Lily ran over to Kian and sat on his lap. I went upstairs and got suitcases out.

I started packing Lily's stuff first. I packed almost all of her clothes. When I finished, I moved on to my clothes.

I used 3 suitcases for clothes and 2 for shoes. After almost 5 hours, I was done.

The door to my room opened. It was Bradley. I walked over to him. He planted a kiss on my cheek.

"Done packing?" He asked. "Yes, finally." I laughed.

Today, I leave for tour. My movie premiere was amazing. I loved it! It was so much fun.

People loved it. I have an interview later today. "Are you ready?" Scooter asked me.

"Yeah, I am." I said as I held Lily. "I'll meet you at the airport later." Dad said hugging me.

I got on my tour bus, and we were off to my interview. After about 20 minutes, we made it.

"Everyone, welcome Carter Caylen!"

"Hey." I smiled. I had headphones on, since it is a radio interview.

"How are you?"

"I am doing great, thank you."

"So many things are going on for you. You released your album, you went through a death, you basically have a daughter, you're engaged, your movie just came out, and you're going on tour. How do you feel about all of this?"

"Oh my, I know. A lot has been going on. It's so crazy. I never really thought that this would happen to me, ya know? It's so insane, but I'm so blessed. It's great."

"I bet. So I know this may be a touchy subject for you, but earlier this year, you met Brenda Henrie and her daughter Lily. You guys became inseparable, you moved her and Lily to LA with you, and she had cancer, and sadly passed away. In your movie, everything that went down was there. How are you dealing with that?"

"Yeah, Brenda. She was one of a kind, and I miss her a lot. She was so wonderful, and I just," I started to tear up.

"I wish she was here you know? But I'm taking things one day at a time, I'm slowly working on it. It's really difficult, but it happens."

I am finally leaving for tour. I am about to board my plane to Kansas City.

Dad, Kian, Trevor, The Vamps, Brad's family, Frankie, Carol and some kids from the orphanage are coming.

I am beyond excited for this.
