Magazine release party.

Carter's p.o.v

I am currently hanging out with Luke at my house. "When does the magazine come out?" Luke asked me as we looked for a good channel to watch. "I haven't asked Krissy. She said soon though." I said.

He nodded. "Do you think I could get you signed soon?" Luke asked. "Luke, I don't know if I'm ready for that. Can I just give this modeling job a try?" I asked him. He smiled. "Of course you can!" He said. I simply smiled and we went back to watching tv.

I then got a text from Krissy.

From: Krissy

The magazine comes out in two days! :) I also booked you another photoshoot in New York. I still have to talk to your dad about it, though! I'll call him now. :) See you soon!

To: Krissy

OMG! Thank you so much! :) I hope my dad lets me do it. Thank you again! :)

I locked my phone and looked at Luke. "The magazine comes out in two days!" I said smiling. He hugged me. "That's great! Guess who's getting a copy!" He said pointing to himself. I laughed and smiled.

"I am so happy." I said as I went on Twitter and tweeted.

'@CarterCaylen: I have become a model, && I am on the cover of @Aeropostale magazine and it comes out in two days!😍'

I locked my phone. "I have to leave, but I'll be back in a few hours to pick you up." Luke said as we headed downstairs. "Kaye, love you." I smiled. He left and I went to the kitchen where Kian was.

"I heard your magazine comes out in two days!" He said as I grabbed a bottle of Apple juice. "Yeah." I smiled. "How do you feel? Are you nervous at all?" Kian asked. "A little bit, yeah." I said as I sat down next to him.

"I'm so happy for you. I heard your dad say something about letting you do the photoshoot in New York." He smirked. "I hope so! This would be great." I said. "I think he's gonna let you. I have to go out and do some things, so I'll see you later." Kian said as he left.

I sat there and scrolled through my twitter. I saw that Brad and Connor had tweeted me.

I locked my phone, and my dad came in. "So about the New York photoshoot, I'm letting you do it. You'll be in New York for a week, and I'll only be able to be with you for 2 days. You leave in a week." Dad said. I hugged him. "Thank you, thank you!" I said. "Of course, also there's a release party for the magazine. You need a date. I'm taking Lia." Dad smiled.

"Okay, cool. thanks so much!" I said smiling. I went up to my room, and texted Luke.

To: Luke💞

Hey, could you be my date to the release party in two days?

From: Luke💞

Ugh! Sorry, I can't.😔 I'm leaving tonight and I'll be in England for the next couple weeks. Plans changed. I love you, see you soon!

I then texted Brad.

Hey! Could you be my date to the release party of my magazine?😊

Before I knew it, Brad was over and we were thinking of what we should wear to the magazine release party. We decided that I am wearing a black skater dress, with white converse, and he's gonna wear a black button up shirt, along with his white converse, and skinny jeans.

"I am so excited!" I told Brad hugging him. "Me too. I know you're bummed out Luke couldn't be your date, but I'll try to make it the best time for you." He said smiling. "Thanks Bradley. I love you lots." I said smiling.

Today is the day of the release party! I am so excited. Bradley is over and we are getting ready. "30 minutes!" Lia shouted. I was already in my skater dress, I just needed my hair done.

I quickly curled my hair, and then I was done with everything, even my makeup. I got out of the bathroom and saw that Bradley was ready. "You look gorgeous." He said. I smiled. "Thanks, you look quiet handsome." I said smiling.

We went downstairs. "Kian, will you take a full body picture of Brad and I?" I asked Kian. "yeah, of course." He said taking my phone. brad wrapped his arms around my waist, as I wrapped my arms around his neck, we both smiled and Kian took the picture.

"Thanks, Kian." I said kissing his cheek, leaving pink lipstick on his cheek. "You're welcome." He smiled. I looked at the picture and posted it.

I locked my phone and we waited for my dad and Lia to come downstairs. They looked amazing. We got in the van that would take us to the release party. "We all look super fly." Dad said. I laughed, and smiled.

We finally got to the red carpet, and we exited the van. I saw Krissy and she looked stunning. "You look beautiful, Krissy." I said hugging her. "Thank you! As do you! Okay, so for the red carpet, they want you and Brad to take pictures, then you need to take pictures with your dad and Lia. You have an interview, then we go inside the venue, and you have to speak." Krissy said.

"Okay, cool." I said. Brad took hold of my hand. I felt something. I don't know what it was, but I felt something. I shook it off and we walked to the red carpet. "CARTER, BRAD OVER HERE!" I heard multiple paps say. We turned everywhere, and took a lot of pictures. Then I took pictures with my dad and Lia, before headed to my interview.

"Hi! I'm here with the girl that's on the cover, the one and only, Carter Caylen!" Drew, the interviewer said. "Hi! So nice to meet you!" I said smiling.

"So you're on the cover! How did this come about, and how do you feel?" Drew asked. "Yeah, I am! My dad got a call, and a modeling company said they wanted me, I went in the next day, and here I am! I am really excited!" I smiled.

"You are here with Bradley Simpson, your dad and his girlfriend, am I correct?" Drew asked. "Yes! I am." I smiled. "I hope you all have fun!" He said. I smiled and thanked him before we left.

We just got home from the event, and it was a lot of fun. I am currently packing since I leave for New York in three days. I am so excited, yet nervous.

I took a little break from packing and posted a picture of Brad and I at the red carpet.

I locked my phone and looked at my magazine. I can't believe I'm on the cover. This is so crazy! I smiled and ripped the page off, then hung it on my wall.

I then went back to packing. I am so excited for New York. It should be a lot of fun. Dad is only gonna be with me for two days, then he has to come back home. I'm sad, but I'm also glad he is even coming.

Sam and I have been getting along better, which I'm happy about. He is still dating that girl, and I couldn't be happier for him. It took me a little bit to get over, but I am so glad I am finally over it.

I put my phone to charge and fell asleep.
