Carter's p.o.v

It's been a couple of days. Brenda is in the hospital and she's doing treatment.

It still hasn't hit me, that she has cancer. I never really thought it would happen.

I don't want to believe it, I don't want it to be true, but sadly, it is true.

I have to be strong for my fans, family, Brad, Lily but most importantly, Brenda.

I know that she is terrified. She is scared and I don't blame her. She has every right to be.

I can only hope that she will get better. It's extremely sad to see her like this.

Dad made me come home, because I have been there since the night we found out.

I am home for the first time. I think Hope, Hazel, Wishbone, && Vega know I'm upset.

They are cuddling with me and giving me lots of kisses. Not that I'm complaining, though.

"Have you ate anything?" Kian asked me. "No, I'm hungry." I said. "Let's go to In-N-Out?" He asked me.

"Yeah, just let me get my purse and Lily." I said smiling. I got up and saw that Lily was awake.

"Hello pretty lady." I said picking her up and putting her in her baby carrier. I grabbed her baby bag.

I then headed to my room. I grabbed my purse and put my phone and wallet in there.

"It's raining. Make sure to get blankets for Lily." Kian told me. "Okay." I said.

I grabbed a sweater and went back to where Lily was staying. I grabbed three blankets. I covered her up, and then her baby carrier and shoved an extra one in her baby bag.

I went downstairs with her. I gave Kian my car keys. We ran out and I put Lily in and made sure she was secure.

Kian that began driving. I pulled my phone out and tweeted.

I locked my phone and put it away. "It's not as cold as I thought it would be." I said.

"Yeah, it's just raining a lot." Kian laughed. We finally got to In-N-Out.

We ran in with Lily. We ordered what we wanted. "I'll go fill your cup up. What do you want?" Kian asked.

"Lemonade." I said. He nodded. I went and sat at a booth. I grabbed a baby bottle that had water in it.

I grabbed the formula, and made Lily a bottle. I picked her up and covered her with a blanket.

I then began feeding her. Kian came and sat down with our drinks.

"You're gonna be a great mom one day." Kian said smiling.

"Thanks." I said smiling back at him. After a while, Lily fell asleep, and I put her in her baby carrier.

Kian put her on the table. Our food came and we began eating. "I still can't believe Brenda has cancer." I said to Kian.

"Me neither. But she's a fighter." He told me. "Yeah she is!" I said smiling.

"Do you wanna go anywhere after?" Kian asked me. "I need to go pick up my new phone." I said.
