Can We Have Twitters, Mom?

Carter's p.o.v

Early this morning, Bradley finally arrived. The kids were beyond happy to see their dad.

We are getting ready for another day out. I am so happy that Bradley is finally here.

"How were the kids behaving when I was gone?" Bradley asked me as we all headed to the lobby of the hotel.

I looked at my three kids, who were entertained by the buttons of the elevator.

"They were great." I smiled. "I can't wait to tell everyone back home where I went!" Mason said as we got out of the elevator.

Me and Bradley laughed. Bradley held my hand, and we walked out of the hotel into our uber.

The kids got in first, then followed Bradley and I. "Last night, the twins wouldn't stop asking for a Twitter." I told Bradley.

Bradley looked at the twins, with a weird look. "Why do you guys want a Twitter?" He asked them.

"Because Lily has one!" Madison said. "That's not a good reason, honey. Lily is almost 16, though. That's why she has one." I explained to Madison.

"Your mum and I will talk about it later, and see if we should let you guys have a Twitter." Bradley told them.

They nodded and looked out the window. "Cet endroit est vraiment très jolie." (This place is really pretty) Lily told me.

"Oui, ça l'est. Paris est belle." (Yes it is. Paris is beautiful.) I smiled at her. I took French classes in my last years of high school, and a little bit in college, plus from touring around, I learned it.

"Woah, don't go all French on us, because I can't understand a word you are saying." Bradley teased.

"It's not our fault you guys don't know French." I teased. They all looked at me and smiled.

"Mom, can you tell us about your life growing up?" Mason asked me. "Um, sure." I smiled nervously.

"Don't interrupt your mother, kids." Bradley said. The kids nodded. "Well, when I was 10, I was put in an orphanage, and then grandpa Jc adopted me when I was 15," I said.

"I met Sam Pottorff, and we were in love with each other. But we always seemed to argue about something, and finally decided that we weren't right for each other,"

"I started going to school, and I met Avery and Luke. They became my best friends."

"How old were you when you met dad?" Lily asked. "When I was 15." I smiled as Bradley held my hand.

"When did you guys start dating?" Madison asked. "When I was 16." I smiled widely.

"Did you guys start dating right away?" Mason asked. "No, we were best friends at first." Bradley said.

"I want a love like that." Lily said. i played with her brown hair. "One day, love. Just try to not grow up so fast, okay?" I asked her.

"I'll try not too." She teased. "Very funny." Bradley said. "Mom, when did you have your first boyfriend?" Madison asked me.

"Well, Sam and I were an item, so we weren't really together. Your dad was my very first official boyfriend." I said proudly.

"Really?" Madison asked. "Yup." I said looking at Bradley. He kissed my cheek and smiled.

"Tell me about your guys' love lives, even though you shouldn't have one. Tell me." I smiled.

"I like this girl named Emily. She is so gorgeous, I swear my heart skips a beat every time I see her." Mason said.

"You're such a lady's man. You're really good looking, babe." I smiled. "But I don't care about the other girls, I care about Emily." Mason told me.

"Well, you are such a charmer." Brad told him. "I like Kenyon." Lily said. "Oh, Brad, Kenyon would like to talk to us when we get back." I told Bradley.

"Oh, God." he said. He put his hand over his heart. "What, dad?" Madison asked.

"Lily is growing up, that's all, love." He lightly laughed. We got to the restaurant, and ordered.

After eating, we just walked around for a little bit. I looked at my 3 beautiful children and my husband.

How did I get so lucky? Sometimes I feel like I don't deserve such an amazing little family.

But, I couldn't be happier with them. They make me the happiest girl in the world. Mason was holding my hand, and Brad was holding Lily and Madison's.
