*Later that night*

Kirara: "You okay?"

"Hm? Oh, Kiri-chan."

Kirara smiled at me and sat down next to me. We were outside near the ocean, everyone was asleep already so I sneaked outside.

Kirara: "Can't sleep?"

"Not really..."

We both looked up towards the sky.

Kirara: "Me either... it's still kind of hard to believe everything that's happened."

"Mhm."

Shuu: "What's wrong, you two?"

We both turned around and saw Shuu smiling at me.

Kirara: "Shuu."

He walked over to us and sat down.

Shuu: "Can't sleep?"

"...It's not that..."

Kirara: "We're kind of.... well, it's hard to believe everything that's happened so far."

Shuu: "The time-traveling?"

"Well there is that but..."

Kirara: "Did we really make friends with those guys?"

Kirara looked back towards the cave.

Shuu: "...Is it really that hard to believe?"

Kirara: "...Yes. You know how we are Shuu, don't you think it's impossible?"

Shuu smiled.

Shuu: "Tenma's shown me a lot of things I thought was impossible, possible."

Shuu: "I don't know much but, you two changed a lot after you became friends with Tenma and the others."

"We....changed?"

Kirara and I became quiet.

Shuu: "...In the end it's up to you two what you want to do."

We looked at Shuu who stood up.

Shuu: "Do you two want those memories back? Or do you want things to stay the same way? Think carefully."

Shuu walked away and we both became silence again.

Miria POV

Tsurugi: "Miria?"

I turned around to see Tsurugi and I smiled.

"Tsurugi, hey. What is it?"

Tsurugi: "What are you doing out here?"

"Hm... just thinking."

I looked back up to the sky.

Tsurugi: "Thinking about Saegusa?"

"...Mhm. It's strange... our memories came back after our match against Protocol Omega 2.0. but..."

I remember Shirabe's words.

Shirabe: I don't trust any of you at all.

"Do you think their memories will come back if we fight Protocol Omega again?"

Tsurugi: "... I don't know. But, I know right now that we have to beat Protocol Omega in order to bring everyone back."
