You have a sister? {4}

It's getting late and practice is coming to an end. Everyone is cleaning up the gym and getting ready to head home. While Kiyoko was starting to put a bucket of balls away, you were handing all the boys their waters.

Everyone has gotten their water, except Tsukishima. You walk over to him to hand him his water.

"Here." You say to the blonde lightly shoving the water into his chest.

He takes it from you and takes a drink from it. He was sweating a little since practice has just finished. when he raised his hand to drink from the bottle his shirt lifts a little. Soon enough, you were staring at his toned body. As much as you would hate to admit, Tsukishima was attractive, he had short blonde hair with a bit of a wave to it. He was on the thinner side but he still had some muscle. His eyes were truly mesmerizing, he had golden-brown orbs that helped express the emotions he failed to do with his face.

"Stop staring at me, it's weird." He says as you snap out of your trance. "Aww does shortie think I'm cute?" Tsukishima asks in a teasing tone as he smirks at you. "Ew of course not! Why would I ever find an asshole like you attractive?!" You retort trying to hide your embarrassment. He bends down to your height and whispers," The blush on your cheeks tells me otherwise." Your eyes widen and you lift your hands to feel your cheeks, they were warm. 

"(Y/N)!!" you turn around and see the shortest member of your team calling your name. 

The boy that called you is a second year. He has spiky brown hair that makes him a few inches taller than he actually is. In the front of his hair, he has a section of strands died blonde. You really like his hair, it's unique and you think it fits his personality very well. He is the libero of the Karasuno volleyball team and he is amazing at his position. (A/N: I know I introduced Noya in chapter one but I wanted to give him a better description XD)

"Nishinoya-senpai," You say as you walk over to him. "What's up?" You ask.

"Do you think you could help me get the net down? I-I uh I'm too short..." He says in a low tone, almost a whisper, as he looks down at the ground avoiding eye contact.  Nishinoya has always been very insecure about his height and you knew this so you never made fun of him like others.

"Of course!" You say with a smile as you walk over and begin to untie the net from the pole. 

"Here you go." you say and hand the Libero the net. He thanks you and before he can turn around the gym door slams open and everyone's heads turned to see who was at the door.

You sigh and roll your eyes in annoyance. "Niko, what do you want?" You ask not paying attention to the boys around you staring at her. 

"You told me to come here when club is over, remember?" She asks in a sarcastic tone. "You know (Y/N), for being at the top of your class you sure are an idiot." She says with a chuckle. 

Everyone in the gym was looking back and forth at your bickering until Tanaka and Nishinoya both run up to Niko.

"Wow, you are so pretty!" Nishinoya yells as he bows in front of your step sister. "How does (Y/N) know such beauty?!" Tanaka asks sounding as if he was crying. Niko couldn't help but giggle at the boy's behavior. 

Everyone on the team starts gathering around Niko and asking her questions, well except for Tsukishima. He had no interest in what was happening, he just believed his teammates were being idiots per usual. 

You grab your things and walk over to the main doors. 

"Niko let's go, bye guys I'll see you tomorrow." you say in a clearly annoyed tone. 

"Wait (Y/N)," A certain orange hair boy that is a little taller than Nishinoya says, causing you to turn around. "Yes, Hinata-Kun?" you ask.

"Can you maybe introduce us to your friend?" He asks giving you puppy dogs eyes. 

"Ugh fine," You say rolling your eyes. "Guys this is-" You were cut off just like earlier. "Suzuki Niko, nice to meet you! I am (Y/N)'s sister." Niko says all with a smile. "Seriously can you stop cutting me off it's quite annoying." You say rubbing your temples.

"(Y/N) I didn't know you had a sister, she doesn't look anything like you." Sugawara points out. "Yeah I don't , she left out the fact that she's my STEP sister." You say making sure to emphasize you aren't related to Niko. 

The boys continued asking her a few questions while she giggles and smiles but you knew it was all fake. You could tell Niko didn't want to be here talking to the boys, she seemed actually annoyed with them. 

You had enough and were ready to go "Okay we really need to get going, it's getting pretty late." You say with an awkward laugh. "Yeah (Y/N) is totally right we should all head home and get some rest." Daichi, the Karasuno team captain says agreeing with you. 

Everyone exits the gym and begins to head home. You, Niko, Yamaguchi, and Tsukishima start walking home in silence. You start zoning out again thinking about random stuff and didn't realize you were falling behind the group just like the day before. 

"Can you please hurry up slowpoke, I would like to get home before midnight if that's possible," Niko says which made you look over at her. After she said that you looked to the opposite side of you to see Tsukishima let out a chuckle at what Niko had said. You couldn't understand why but this hurt you. Seeing your best friend who may be annoying but he's still your best friend, laughing with your step-sister at you. 

"Shut up I am coming." You as you glare at the both of them.  Yamaguchi sees you are annoyed but doesn't want to bud in and make you mad at him. 

Once you guys arrive to your house Niko says goodbye to the boys with another one of her fake smiles. 

"Goodnight, see you tomorrow." You say quietly to the boys as you were annoyed and just wanted this day to be over with. 

"Goodnight (Y/N), enjoy your evening." Yamaguchi replies with a small smile that you return. 

You glance up at Tsukishima and realize he isn't even paying attention to the conversation. You sigh, turn around, enter your home, closing the door behind you. 

As Yamaguchi And Tsukishima continue their walk home, Tsukki seems out of it.

"Tsukki what's wrong?" Yamaguchi asks clearly concerned for his friend.

"Nothing Yamaguchi, shut up." Tsukishima says back without even looking down at his friend.

"Gomen Tsukki." The freckled boy replies.

Tsukishima continues being deep in his thoughts. He was thinking about how upset you seemed all day and for some reason this caused his stomach to turn. He didn't remember seeing you smile once which for some reason made him upset. 

He got home said goodbye to Yamaguchi and went straight to his room.

He laid in his bed and you filled his mind again. He couldn't help but ask himself why he was thinking about you, it kind of annoyed him.

Tsukishima decided to ignore his feelings like he always does and goes to sleep.
