Some relationships remained unappreciated and misunderstood mainly due to misconceptions attached with it, a relationship with step-mother is one of those.
Aaditya bhalla was scared when he found his father running behind his new wife, he scared to get scolded by his father. Petrified and scared he called his father using his all energy and manages to stop him successfully; "Aadi, you need something?" Raman who was about to climb steps came running back to Aaditya listening his loud call.
"Papa. Your new home is so beautiful. Can I practice football here? I want to take tour of this place. Please Papa chalo na." Aaditya dragged his father along him without giving him chance to react. Raman longingly looked at upstairs where Ishita disappeared before being dragged by Aaditya outside. Aaditya successfully managed to divert Raman attention and he spend good hour with Raman mainly admiring the lawn and the nearby localities. Raman introduced Aaditya with the entire staff and also showed him the lavish park of the society where he can go for morning run as a part of his daily exercise. Many times he tried to go inside to attend Ishita but Aaditya kept him engaged in something or other leaving no chance for Raman to attend Ishita. It was around ten of morning when he entered back in mansion along Aaditya who insisted him to take to nearby park which had eye-catching greenery. As soon as Raman entered inside mansion he rushed upstairs to check Ishita. He kept rubbing his palms together wondering what exactly went wrong with Ishita. As he entered inside room he found it well arranged, his clothes were neatly placed on bed along his laptop bag and files. Raman racked his hands on his hairs and marched towards bathroom in hope to see her. Raman who was about to step inside washroom, he found ishita clothes kept on dresser, confirming her presence in washroom. He grabbed his own bathrobe and entered inside washroom without making any noise. From distance he saw her translucent figure taking shower and he stepped inside leaving her shocked.
"When you came back?" Ishita badly wishes to have Raman around her when Shagun left after taunting her bitterly. She really waited for him for around half an hour but when she saw him sitting along Aadi in backyard, her sadness replaced with a smile. She forced herself to wipe her tears and attended kids who were playing after having breakfast. Ishita helped Roohi and Shravan in taking shower and instructed butler to start preparing for lunch. The couple decided to make their schedule flexible as it's first day of Aadi stay at their home but Ishita herself didn't knew if her excitement of bringing Aaditya back to their pkacr would turn bitter due to Shagun venomous words.
When Ishita saw Raman spending quality time with Aaditya she made herself remind that whatever it is, it's for Raman. The man whom she loves alot and she is ready to bear Shagun taunts as well. She disappeared into shower to hide her tears but what she doesn't expected was his unexpected presence. A gasp escaped from her mouth feeling her husband rough hands massaging her back with bodywash, his touched weren't intimate but they were just soothing her up, occasionally massaging her head. She loosened up her body still allowing tears to stream down from her hazel eyes, knowing well the water running down from shower would cover it up but she got caught up by her husband at last.
"You're crying, aren't you?" Ishita nodded her head in denial refused to look in her husband eyes.
"Nahi. Main theek hoon." (No I'm fine.) She replied making sure not to look into his eyes.
"Remember Mrs. Bhalla I can read your soul as well." A series of goosebumps erupted on her naked skin as his husky voice fell in her ears. She kept her eyes downcasted still not ready to share the conversation she had with Shagun in early morning. "Hmm..so it was Shagun. Haina? Woh aurat kabhi nahi sudhregi." (I know this Shagun would never change her ways.) Raman murmured under his breath as his suspicion turned true. He turned off the knob of shower and wrapped her body in bathrobe before wearing his own. Taking her hand in his, he lead her outside gently and made her sit on the chair kept in front of vanity table. "Remember what I told you? That I cannot bear tears in your eyes. Ishita, I do love Aadi and I want him to be a part of our lives but not on the cost of hurting my wife and mother of my daughter. Agar tum aise chup rahogi aur mujhse kuch nahi kahogi, toh main kaise kuch samjhoonga Ishita?" (Ishita I have told you before as well that I love you and I want Aadi to be part of our lives but not on the cost of hurting you.) She drew a deep breath and fisted the front for his bathrobe in between her delicate fingers, later she stood tip toed and planted a sweet smooch on his lips, "How you read me so well?"
