Tavin pov - 9:00 am
I woke up with a mean headache. I sat up slowly and went to the bathroom. I splashed some water on my face to wake myself up and stared in the mirror for a little bit. I walked back in the room and seen Deshae was still sleep with one of her legs hanging off the side of the bed. I was still upset about last night but ill ask her about it when she get up. I picked up the remote and looked through the channels then turned on Maury. I laid back and picked up my phone getting on instagram. While I was scrolling, Deshae's rung and she woke up and answered it. "Hello?... yea. Yea. Okay." She said. "She put her phone down and laid back down then turned her head to look at me. I was still looking at my phone but I felt her staring at me. I slowly turned my head and she closed her eyes real quick. "I seen you" I said giggling a little. She buried her face in the pillow then got up to use the bathroom. "I gotta talk to you" I said before she closed the door. I had got a text from my mom saying to text her when we were ready. I replied "ok" then continued scrolling through instagram. I seen Desmond doing goodmorning posts so I liked the picture and waited. When Deshae came back out the bathroom, she laid right across me knocking my phone out my hands. "What you wanna talk about? " she said looking up at me. Her eyes were so beautiful. "Uhm, whos August?" I said getting straight to the point. "A friend... how do you know him?" She said raising her eyebrow. I looked around and picked my phone up and continued scrolling through. She sat up and snatched my phone and asked me again. I sighed and told her I looked through her phone. "Bae if you think im being sneaky just ask. Dont go through my phone" she said getting upset. " Im sorry. Im just the jealous type" I said putting my head down. "You dont want a relationship with me anyway so why you jealous? " she said. Right there, I knew she was really upset cause it been a minute since she bought that up. Im moving next month after my prom ( he's a senior so his senior prom) so I didnt want to break her heart. Im not as in love with her as I was before but im not gonna tell her that. Dont get me wrong, I still love her. Right after she said that, she got up and put on her clothes she bought from home. "You wanna go to breakfast?" I said changing the subject. She sighed and said yes. I was putting in my clothes when Alexis, Desmond, Tamia & Nick knocked on the door. Deshae went to open it and they walked in and sat down. "We eating?" Nick asked. "Hell yea" I said to him. Deshae walked in the kitchen and Alexis followed her which prompted Tamia to follow too. They were whispering about something but I didnt pay it no real attention. I took my phone out and called my mom to take us to Dennys. We all sat around and joked for a little bit until she came. We talked about how we all met and how we got our girls. Ima really miss this shit when I leave smh.
My mom arrived about 45 minutes after and Desmond's mom came with her car too. He girls drove with his mom and we drove with my mom. "Ayee mama got them wheels!" Nick shouted in he back seat making us all laugh. "Mama gotta be fly too" she said laughing and flipping her hair. We got to Dennys in about 30 minutes. When we got out we walked to the girls and we all walked inside. "Hi welcome to dennys. Just 8?" This lady said. She was probably in her 20's. "Yes ma'am" my mom said. "Alrighty follow me this way" she said grabbing the menus. We sat all the way in the back in a big ass booth. Me and Desmond mom sat at a table beside us. "Alright, your waiter will be with you shortly. " she said smiling then walking away. We were looking at our menus when our waiter came. "Hello im Lauren, what can I start you off with today, or are you still deciding ?" She said. I knew that voice. Lauren? Lauren! My head shot up and I seen Nick and Alexis looking at her too. She looked scared and we told her give us a few minutes. When she walked away, we all just looked at each others expressions.
Desmond pov
Aww shit. All I said in my head when I seen Lauren. I aint even know she had a job. Thot ass. Good thing Alexis was close to the wall cause im tryna eat. I aint breaking up nothing. She came back and we ordered our food. Im surprised Alexis aint do nothing smart. When Lauren left to put in our orders, I gave Alexis a kiss on her cheek and told her good job. She smiled and looked away. Deshae phone started ringing and she answered it then mouthed "Tory". When she got off the phone, she said Tory wanted us to come to her birthday bash. "Well me and Tav have his prom to go to sooo... yall going?" She said looking at all of us. I looked at Nick who was looking at his phone trying to avoid the conversation. "Nick, you wanna go?" Tamia asked him. He shrugged then continued scrolling through his phone. She shrugged then our food came. "You guys need anything else?" She asked us. "Nah we good" Nick said. I caught Deshae eating some of Tavin food but he was too busy talking so he aint see it. I laughed at Deshae and she started giggling with her mouth filled with sausage. "Whats funny? " Tavin said looking at us. We was still laughing and he finally looked down at his plate. We all just bust out laughing. "Ayoo" he said laughing. He reached over and took one of her pancakes then took a big bite out of it. She tried to snatch it back but he stuck the whole thing in his mouth.
A hour later
We got up to leave and we all decided to just chill with our baes for the day. When we dropped everybody off and went home, me and Tamia just went to get some ice cream then went back to my house. "Babe why you gotta eat miiine " Alexis whined. "Hush" I said shoving my reeses ice cream in my mouth. She sat her ice cream down and went to turn on the game. "Come on thug, lets play" she said. I sat mine down and sighed sitting back. "You dont want this work" I said. She walked over and sat on my lap with the controller and I watched her play. She was doing good so I grabbed my controller and played her . "Ard lets make a deal. Whoever lose gotta give the other person a lap dance" I said giggling and Alexis fell over laughing. "Okay fine" she said still laughing.
Nick pov
Even though Tamia forgave me for the whole thing with me and Tory, I still feel like she a little hurt cause she been kind of distant. We was chilling on the couch watching Empire on demand and she had her feet on my lap. My mom was watching it with us too. I tapped her lap for her to move them and I told her to come upstairs to talk to me. She nodded and followed. "We'll be back ma" I told her. We walked upstairs and I pulled her into my room and we sat down on the bed. "Wassup?" She said grabbing my cheek. "Babe, I know you probably dont think so, but I feel like we distant now because of that whole situation... with Tory" I said in one breath. She was looking at me in my eyes then her attention shifted to the floor. I was still watching her expression and she sighed then looked at me. "Look, im still recovering but I dont think im being distant. Im not doing it intentionally at least. Its just a natural thing. We can take a break or do whatever until its right but thats not what I want" she said with her eyes watering. I grabbed her and hugged her then kissed her. "Babe we not taking no breaks. This us and we goin fix this" I said. She nodded and we kissed again. "I love you" I said. "I love you too" she said to me. We layed back and cuddled for a little bit and took a nap.

"Hello" I said waking up out of my nap. It was Tavin saying how him and Deshae got into a argument about August. He was heated. I told him calm down and to come over to talk about it and he agreed.
