Alexis pov
So yes, prom is tomorrow and me and my girls is ready to kill it. It was Friday so I threw on some leggings, my bailey bow uggs, & my Victoria's secret shirt that stopped right under my butt. I put my hair in a messy bun and threw on some silver hoop earrings. Desmond said he wasnt coming to school so I let him sleep and I took the bus to school. When I got there, Lauren came up to me and tried to have small talk. I was focused on getting to class and I had my earphones in so I couldnt hear her. I seen some of Desmonds friends and I waved and told them he wasnt coming. One of his friends, Rico, was the pretty boy of our school but is always tryna hit on me. He did it around Desmond but I guess Desmond took it as a joke. Hes in my class I go to now and he always asking me when im gonna give him a chance. Im taken honey.
I walked in class and seen Tamia talking to Lauren and then I looked over and seen Rico leaned back in the chair texting. When he seen me, he smiled revealing his grills. I did a fake smile and sat down with my earphones still in my ear. I felt a tap on my shoulder and seen Tamia. She looked scared. "Whats wrong?" I said taking one of my earphones out. She sat down in the empty chair beside me and looked down. "Lauren said shes pregnant" she said. "Okay?" I said not caring. Just then Lauren came over and sat in the other chair beside me. I rolled my eyes and looked back at Alexis. "Its Desmonds" Lauren interrupted. My eyes shot up and I looked at Tamia again who was shaking her head and getting up. I turned around to see Lauren standing there with her arms crossed and she was about to walk away when I grabbed the back of her head and smashed it into the desk. Tamia came running over trying to grab my hands but I pushed her off. I took Lauren & threw her against the chalkboard causing her to fall on the floor. I stomped her face then started punching her. I picked her up again and slammed her on the desk. The teachers came running in as well as the police officer. The teachers tried to pull Lauren out of the classroom while the police officer put cuffs on me to stop me from hitting Lauren. I was so angry I almost broke the chain. The officer dragged me to the office and sat me down in front the principal. She knew me from a fight I had with another girl because she threw a pencil at my head. "Alexisss, what were you thinking honey? " she said. I was breathing heavy and I couldnt even look at her. "Alexis?" She said snapping me out of my thoughts. I looked up. "She needs to stay away from me, my friends, & my boyfriend because I will fuck her up again" I said to her. "Alexis prom is tomorrow. You know this could jeopardize your opportunity to go right? " she said. My heart started pumping. "Im gonna send you home right now, but im not gonna keep you from going to prom" she said. I smiled a little and thanked her. She let me go after she called my mom to come pick me up.
My mom walked in the office and seen me. She looked upset but she knows I have reasons when I fight somebody. I felt my phone vibrate but I waited to hear what she was gonna say. She motioned for me to come on and I got up and went. When we got in the car, it was silent for about 5 minutes. "What happened? " she finally said breaking the silence. "Shes telling everyone shes pregnant by Desmond" I said to her then looking out the window. "Well is she?" My mom said. I thought about it then looked at my mom. "No, he wouldnt cheat on me" I said with a attitude. I pulled out my phone to check the text and it was Deshae. "Girl , Tamia told me what happened. You ok? You still stuntin tomorrow?" She said. I laughed a little. "Im fine, & she just sent me home. Im still stuntin with yall lol" I said. "Yaaas honey lol an ard ill call you later" she said. "Kk". We pulled up to my house and I rushed in the house. I went up to my room and took my uggs then laid in the bed and texted Desmond. I guess he was up cause he texted back quick.
Me: Hey, im home
Des: already? Why?
Me: I beat Lauren ass
Des: Baaabe whyy?
Me: she telling everybody she pregnant by you... did yall do anything?
It took him awhile to answer back so I got up, put my uggs on, & walked to his house. I knocked on the door and he opened it. "Wyd here?" He said looking shocked that I actually came. "Well you didnt respond to my text & I asked you a question" I said. "Babe you know I dont fuck with her no more. I thought it was a ridiculous ass question thats why i didnt respond" he said. I felt bad and i turned around to leave but he grabbed my arm and pulled me inside. "Where you going" he said laughing a little. He went to the kitchen and i followed him sitting down in the tall chair. He pulled out some cornbread mix, some eggs, sausage & bacon. "Babe you making me cornbread pancakes?" I said getting happy. "No. I'm making Desmond some tho" he said laughing. I sucked my teeth and threw a pen at him. He turned the stove on then ran over to me and picked me up out the chair. "Ahhh put me down!!" I said laughing and kicking my feet. He took me in the living room and put me on the couch. He turned on Mickey Mouse clubhouse. "Babe what the hell " I said laughing hard. "Lmao now sit here and watch tv like a good girl" he said kissing me then going in the kitchen to finish cooking. I crossed my arms and actually sat here watching it. I got bored when it went off so I looked through the channels and then at the time. 9:00 am. "Babbyyy Maury is onnnn" I said. He came walking in with a plate for me and some apple juice. "Yaayy thanks baby" I said kissing him. He went back to get his plate then sat down with me and we watched Maury.
Desmond pov
So now Lauren telling people she pregnant with my baby lmao. I havent talked to this bitch since she came to my house unexpectedly. I texted Tavin to ask him if he heard anything. "Nah man I aint hear no crazy news like that" he said. Im glad Alexis whooped her ass cause I sure didnt wanna have to do it. I looked down and seen Alexis sleep on my lap so I picked her up and carried her up to my room. When I laid her down she opened her eyes and stared at me. "What? " I said. She put her arm out and pulled me on top of her then wrapped her legs around me. "Baby can I go pee" I said with my head between her neck. She unwrapped her legs and sat up as I went. I came back ad dived on the bed as she went through the channels. "Go back to sleep" I told her. "No" she said mugging me. I took the remote from her and held her in a tight grip. "Oww babe let me go" she said. I held her tighter and she bit my arm. I let go and flipped us over with me laying on top smashing her. She wined then managed to squeeze from under me. "You ready for prom?" She said. "Of course im ready. You not ready for me tho" I said rubbing her leg. "Whatever. Ima shut it downnn" she said and we both laughed.
Tavin pov
So im just getting out of first period and I got my next class with Bria (chapter 17, Tradgedy and basketball). I walked in a sat down in my seat then took out my books. I seen her walk in and she lookd good. She had long black hair, she had a crop top on and some sweats. I smiled and she seen me and waved. "Hey" she said walking up to me and hugging me. I was hypnotized by her scent. "Hey" I said moving my books over so she could sit down. "You going to prom tomorrow?" I asked her. "No im not really into stuff like that" she said. "Why not? You would look beautiful all dressed up" I said lightly hitting her with my elbow. She laughed and I did too. "I dont look beautiful now?" She said laughing again. "I mean yeah you do im just sayin " I said. "I know wym its okay lol" she said. The bell rung and the teacher began.
When class was over I seen Bria walk over to some tall nigga & hug him. I brushed it off and went to go wait for Deshae at her last class like I always do. When I seen her, she smiled and hugged me. "Where ya lil girlfriend at?" She said looking around. "Chill" I said. She laughed and went into her class. I socialized a little more then walked to class so I wouldnt be late.
Prom was tomorrow and today I gotta go pick up my tux. I just wanted to get out of school fr and go home. Deshae texted me and asked me to come over but I told her I had to get my tux. After I texted her that, my mom texted me and told me she was coming to get me early because the place closed early. "Tavin?" The teacher said snapping me out of my thoughts. I looked up. "Whats the equation of this line?" He asked. I looked at the boy paper that was sitting next to me and gave him the answer. "Good job" he said. I nodded and went back to my phone. About 10 minutes later, the office called for me to leave. I grabbed my stuff and left. I went down and seen my mom standing there signing a paper. "You ready? " she said putting the pen down. I nodded and we left. When we got to the place, this old chinese man gave me my tux to try on again and it looked good. I took it off and we left again. "Aye ma im hungry" I said. "Me too, what you want?" She said. "Some food" I said being goofy. "You wanna go to Fridays?" She said. "Friday's on a Friday. Yeah" said. She laughed and we were on our way there. When we got our table and food, my mom started talking about why I dont have a girlfriend. "Cause im not ready mom dang " I said laughing a little. "Ok ok. What about Deshae? You dont like her?"she asked. "I do but I dont wanna talk about it" I told her. She nodded and ate her food. "Hello? " she said answering her phone. "Yeah. .. okay. Bye" I looked at her and waited for her to tell me what happened. "Who was that?" I blurted out. "My boss, asking about some paperwork" she said. I nodded then looked at my phone. It was 3:45. Deshae had texted me again asking if I could go to the game at out school later but I was tired. "Nah I cant go. We can go next time." I told her. We paid for the food then left. As soon as i got home, Nick texted me asking me about the game but I told him the same thing i told Deshae. I went upstairs, played some black ops, then took a hour long nap.
